Unfortunately, no, he does not get it. Apparently, they decide against it because it would make his already uncontrollable power more unstable. I guess I feel like it would just make it stronger and if he worked on it, it could become like basically at stated in the Video the strongest quirk, but whatever🤷🏻‍♀️
