Aliya Iqbal how do you not know what the smoothie challenge is? it's been a viral phenomenon for over a year now. it's basically when you have yummy ingredients (i.e. normal regular smoothie ingredients, such as milk, yoghurt, fruit, and juice),and nasty ingredients (i.e. stuff that you wouldn't find in a smoothie, like ketchup, beans, meat, and pickles so pretty much foods you hate). you write down all the names of the ingredients, good and bad, on separate pieces of paper (one ingredient on every slip of paper), and you put the papers in a hat/bowl and everybody takes turns taking a paper and putting the corresponding ingredient into their blender. after when all of the ingredients are chosen you blend your smoothie and you have to drink every single drip of it no matter how nasty or good it is. i hope this helped explain to you what the smoothie challenge is.
