This was an impromptu idea that came together so swiftly - Crimson Loftwing is one that has been requested a few times over the years, and while I liked it I wasn’t sure how I would want to approach it…then some time ago I met Allison and had been trying to think of something I could collab with her on, when I suddenly remembered this track and thought it would be perfect. Fun fact(s): trombone is my FAVORITE brass instrument, I briefly played it in middle school, and I also wrote a few original concert pieces for trombone 😂 So I was psyched to work on this arrangement, only the second time I’ve ever featured brass on my channel! And I’m so thrilled I was able to get Allison on board for this, make sure you check out her channel because she has some of the most creative arrangements and videos in VGM!

Such a wonderful rendition to a song that pretty much makes you fall in love with Zelda straight away in the beginning, and this particular rendition makes this feeling even more pronounced!

One of the most beautiful songs ever made! I always end up hearing it in my head! Absolutely glorious! Love it so much. The pretty flute, strings, and harp! (In the original that is) I love that smooth and soothing trombone! It's like its silk, or a feather gliding in the wind! A cloud.

That was majestic!! I have an oddly specific question... do you have a suggestion for mic isolation screens that work well for violin? you sound is AMAZING. i know that's 99.9% due to your playing, not equipment... but it does look like you have a good setup for violin home recording! i can't seem to get a focused, clear sound at home, and I'm wondering if an isolation screen would be a good investment. Anyways thank you for your music!
Hi thanks! I don't use a windscreen or mic shield for recording usually, haven't found them super helpful for violin. I actually have some videos all about my set up, my Home Studio Tour (it was before I moved but still relevant lol), and a video on Getting Started with Home Recording, so you can check those out for more details!
