Now i aint even a soul reaper, but if you can beat the captain and the 3rd seat, i think its quite obvious changes should be made in that division's spots and placements, with you resulting at captain.

True Vizard gets atk boost, def boost, and hp regen. A true Vizard should be able to solo anybody even without those specs.
