Is Anyone Inside This Submerged Vehicle???

Hello everyone, welcome to another episode of Cooper's Amputee Lifestyle. In this episode we head out to an area on the Ohio River in Pittsburgh PA were Chaos Divers and Doug Bishop searched and found missing loved one Tod DiMinno. Not far from that area was a particular Dodge vehicle that had all the windows up and could not be cleared. They ended up diving on the vehicle before but was not pulled. We are here to pull that vehicle and fully clear it to see if that vehicle is occupied. If the vehicle is not occupied then we helped clean up the environment.
