- What's up guys, forgive me on the "edit" I don't really know what I'm doing so they won't be like Austins until (or if) I ever figure out how to do some of the more complex stuff haha. I was asked through Instagram/Legacy GT forums/people in general to have a cold start, some driving with windows up/down, WOT, etc. so I tried to incorporate a bit of everything, that's why it's a bit long, though other exhausts vids are about the same. Please if you can, watch with headphones, can't find my mic haha and the quality will be much better. I’m glad you posted such a long video! Fifth gens do not get enough praise. These exhaust note is so unique and unlike any other Subaru out there. In the process of trying to buy a 2010 GT and already have some exhaust bits I got for free to put on it

shit yeah dude. i feel like the 5th get has no love compared to the 4th but that might just be cos i haven't looked hard enough lol. also you guys deserve way more subs keep up the cool vids!

Hey I've been following your channel for a while. Love what you've done with the Leggy! Would you recommend going with a nameless muffler delete or the 5" muffler? I just bought a 2011 GT. I had a 2012 2.5i CVT before. I started with the 5" muffler but it was too quiet IMO. Went with the muffler delete and I loved the sound! I'm planning on doing downpipes (not sure what company yet) and Midpipe (nameless - they are located like 20 miles from my house - convience factor). I guess what I'm trying to ask is, is it harder to tune with the muffler delete exhaust opposed over the 5" muffler? Thanks!
Hey, thanks man really appreciate it! hmm, depends more on your situation and if you like the loudness or not haha, personally I like it loud and the neighbors don't really care so I don't worry about noise complaints or anything. I would go with the muffler deletes, just keep in mind when you get a full tbe, its gunna be pretty loud, the video still doesn't do it justice. Also can get raspy uptop depending on other exhaust components so its a trial and error thing, id look up as many videos as you can. Tuning wise it wont really matter, you'll be set there. Only problems could be the downpipe (nameless one is prone to overboosting so I would stay away and pass on the headache for you/your tuner). The other downpipes avail like invidia are all solid and you shouldnt have any overboosting issue/should be a pretty simple tune for your guy
I put a purple horny glasspack on my 08' N/A Leggy, similar sound with cat deletes but not as throaty & aggressive.. still, i love the similar sound it makes @08:41 as the revs drop when you get on the throttle and let off to let it drone!

Full nameless TBE with muffler deletes, full 09 sti brembo swap, t3/4 slotted rotors, typ200 fluid, SS lines, EBCS, dw65c fuel pump, id1000cc injectors, AVO tmic, Turbosmart dualport bpv, tgv deletes, full intake (15+ wrx intake hoses with a cobb 08 sf intake), back on stock turbo 20g developed a crack, rear eibach sway, braces, isc coilovers, konig wheels, yokohama ad08r tires, probably some other stuff im blanking on haha, any questions just let me know!

Where did you order your exhaust from? Everywhere I look I found exhaust for gt 3.6R and single exhaust for 2.5 not duals?
I bought the axleback muffler deletes off a forum buddy, and the rest of the exhaust straight from nameless. Yeah no duals for the 2.5 because they didn't come with them stock. What people do other than go custom or grab exhausts from previous gen wrxs, etc. is get a stock GT y pipe. Then you would just have to pop out that other exhaust cover in the bumper and good to run duals.

I have a 2013 Subaru Legacy CVT Automatic but I wanna add a dual exhaust make it look nice and sound good I know for a fact it takes away power from the engine so it won't be that fast anymore any comments about it?

Thanks, appreciate it! These are Konig torch in 18x9 +40 offset wrapped in a 255/35 Yokohama AD08R tire! Love these new tires, Last set was Cooper RS3-S which were also great though I had a 40 sidewall with these which made it look super beefy haha

Headlight stuff was just sent out to a guy who did custom lights, so pick whoever you're comfortable with honestly and ask them to spec out halos and whatever else ya want, and the pillar pods I ordered mine from jcspods . com

I grabbed it from jcs pillar pods, they should still be making them. exhaust was a full Nameless (brand name) exhaust

One of the first things I did besides tints/rallyarmors was a 22mm adjustable rear sway bar. I found that the rear would wander on the highway when it was windy out, the eibach 22 seemed to greatly help. Other than that, it really depends on what you're trying to do with it. I tend to follow: make it stop, make it handle, make it go. So i'll get things that follow that path. If you have any specifics feel free to contact me whenever

It's called a Gladmann Rear diffuser, but they've been discontinued for years now unfortunately :l

whats up man, and nice! Yeah I used Goodridge SS brake lines for the brembos, was a perfect fit no issues or tares, etc. nice easy upgrade! definitely would recommend a brembo upgrade along with fluid (ran ATEtype200)
@@Flat4CrewCT thanks mate, I appreciated your suggestions. And may I ask one more question about tyres, I notice the stock rim is 225/45/R18, is that ok to use 235 mm tyre under the stock rims? Since upgrade rims is so expensive, and I decided to upgrade brake pad, brake rotors, and brake hoses, brake fluid and tyres.
@@colinwang7324 Yeah you should be ableto run a 235 tire on stock wheels, may be bulgy depending on the sidewall youre looking to run

Its a JCS A-Pillar triple gauge pod, pretty much perfect color match for my interior

AEM (AFR), Prosport (oil press), DEFI (boost)
Close oscarrrr slackinnn haha. The gauges are AEM AFR, Defi Oil pres. and Prosport boost. Have another video up of us working on putting the gauges in and the wires for the prosport ones just snapped. Dont make my mistake and get prosports even if they're cheap..the boost one does work, but you're better off sticking with defi, aem, autometer etc. :]

Are these reliable? Looking to get one used!
They seem to be overall compared to the wrx/sti counterparts, probably due to older owners in the chasis versus younger ones in the wrx/sti. Had mine for 7ish years and never had an issue from stock to boltons. Do your usual checks over everything, compression/leak down test, keep ontop of your oilchanges, be smart with the go pedal and you should be fine! best of luck!

probably was full bolton: full exhaust, injectors, fuel pump, bigger tmic, tgv deletes etc.

Can probably just grab it from their website, again maybe go with a different downpipe if you don't want to chance running into overboost issues
