Nice, very similar to the Lakota tipis I learned to make as a kid. I have an old 18 foot Lakota style Tipi about 20 years old now, I would love to paint it but don't have room to stretch it out flat where I live. I love the images you painted on yours. Look fantastic!
What an honor to see your talent. I sincerely thank you for sharing all your videos. Thank you again am I correct you served in the Navy? In regards to your talent am grateful that you are willing to share.
I think I have gone through all of the videos on this channel looking for setting up your Tipi, bit's so beautiful I would love to see it set up do you have a video and I'm just missing it somewhere???
Soon--- I shot the setup with the camera on my tripod, then I stepped out of the field of vision and had nothing to save of the setup, I need another setup with a camera man.
I'm watching this trying to learn if i can paint the canvas on a pop up trailer, lol. Most people say NO! But someone mentioned that people withTipis paint them, and that the canvas is later folded up in a box to transport, unfolded, set back up without issues of the canvas sticking to itself where painted, and without issues of the paint cracking/peeling. Any thoughts about all this greatly appreciated because my pop up canvas is that ugly walmart blue that I always wonder why manufacturers of "nature products' use. Thanks!
painting canvas, --- after painted you have to make sure the paint is dry internally. I let mine set open for more than a month. two years now and I have had no sticking or cracking and the paint still looks like I just painted it.
I love all forms of your artwork... you are such a blessed man, to be so talented.

@@donaldporta Thanks Donald. When you say you let it set open for a month, were you referring to a Tipi, or a pop up camper?
What kind of paint do you use to paint on the teepee canvas?
