I think that Silas is the reason Jack’s bathroom is jammed. This might lead to him being the guy out the window when at Billy’s stop. I think he’s the guy who refuses to talk and gets up to the bathroom halfway through the meal and leaves. This is hinted because of the Cultist cloak.
I'm suspicious of Billy and Connor, Connor always says things that don't make sense, and Billy seems if he know that the night Jack Nelson saw the burning ritual, it can be seen when Jack Nelson rushed to the security post but the door was locked.Security posts should always be ready and open

No, he's diffetly in the cult at dinner. we can see him, and next to him is the suit that the cultists wear. I guess, for some reason, he didn't wear it when he stalks you
@@mrick7113 I didn't fully read what you wrote... lame... 😅 about the camera - you can't shoot wherever you want, in general you don't have a camera that you can take wherever you want, the developers just put it in certain places and at certain times where you can shoot. 🙂

No. After snapping the Ritual, Jack drops the camera from the tower. It's just coded that way by the developers.
