Budget 2021-2022: A Direct Attack on the Basic Rights of Women

In her remarks preceding the budget, the Finance Minister claimed that she would be presenting a budget like the one that was never presented before. She was as good as her word, she has presented a budget that falls absolutely short of all promises made to empower women and even moves back on the small gains made.
