- On This Episode Thomas works on the 1957 Chevy Bel Air 2 dr Hard top. New Batt, Cleaned out Old Gas, Checked everything. And after awhile, we have a First Start. More work is needed still. Soon- Thomas will Have it Running and Driving, as a Curser for the Channel.

lol.. i know... I was going to replace it to..
My first was the 56 two door hardtop and it was very low miles that I bought it in 62. The very next year found a 57 convertible and it was so pretty... lipstick red with white top and seats. My first time driving it I went to the station and filled the tank and drove about three hundred feet when it burst into flames and burnt right to the ground. Nothing savable and started from the hose from the tank was leaking or the tank had a hole in it because I heard it go 'BOOM" and then flames shot from under it and to both sides. I think I was in shock for a month as it was as nice as they came. I got the car from the same guy who sold me the 56. No one would believe it was gone. So change fuel hoses, take the tank down and inspect all the lines and hoses for any rust or bad spots. If in doubt, rip it out. I went into the service in 66 and when I came home... folks said that my dad had been seen driving it but he told me it was stolen so I did the right thing and just said; it wasn't mine when I left as I had to trust and placed all my trust in the wrong places. My next cars were race cars set up right at the factory.

At least you're going out and finding what's out there 57 is a nice flipping the ones you want keep the ones that you like if you get too many projects you don't get too much done but you're having fun doing it I like watching a car videos GTO will be a nice car one day if you want I don't understand criticism is just a hobby
Right, I’m not professional Restoration shop, however I’ve been painting cars since I was 19 . and yes I flip the projects and try to buy some thing nice ,I will start working on the GTO soon ,videos on it, I don’t mind criticism. But some people go to far

The car was always garaged only pulled out when I’m working on it . It was stored in a metal building for 20 years never seen the light of day..I didn’t even own the car but for about a month or two and sold it for twice as much as I paid -but like any of that’s your business ,you probably don’t have two cents to buy a car telling me I don’t deserve something I worked hard for… what a jerk off this guy is!!
