This house is the same layout as The Andrew & Kayleigh both by Franklin Homes. I love this layout the only difference is in the Franklin Homes there are soaker tubs in both of the primary ensuites. If I'm not mistaken the Franklin Homes was a lil less expensive as this one...
You know I looked this house up last night & this same house in Sumter & Rock Hill, SC do not know how far that is from where you are, but at both places the house was starting at $180k. If I remember correctly The Franklin Homes that have this very same layout was starting out in the same price bracket of $180ish & those homes in Sumter & Rock Hill had the tub in the primary ensuite. But for a 4bdrm, an actual dining room area that's not in the kitchen & two living spaces, I would do the $180k, but I really would say between $150ish & $160k, but still $180k is not bad. At $180k I would purchase this house with everything that comes standard in the home & add my own upgrades. I would get the Installation for the pendant lights, but not the pendant lights through them, I would not get the backsplash from them, I would get my own, also all the standard sink fixtures I will get & swap out to my own & whatever standard appliances that come with the house that's what I'm rolling with as long as they aren't white. The only thing that I would upgrade in a house that I'm purchasing is the can lighting if they aren't a standard feature. But this is the house that want, I first saw it from Franklin Homes & fell in love with it immediately!!! ❤️
