The reason I rank it as the best armor is simply because of the fact that it allows you to push past the cap with little to no drawbacks. Each and every build, except SNS light builds, can benefit from it. More Stats = More Build Potential. I honestly believe because of it's ease of use and accessibility as well, makes it one of the Best Armor Artifacts to pick and use. Thank you so much for your engagement and feedback. @BabyFNelson well if you think 11 + stats is a " lot potential" , Vs 15 % elemental damage, or 20% HP in medium.( Just few artifacts* ) It will be hard to argue ❌😜
