I was having same problem with my optimum internet, they kept changing modems and would work for a but then go in and out, mostly out. Last guy that came actually knew what he was doing. Turns out the technicians were changing out the modems but people doing tech in office wasn't taking off the old modems from the account and account was trying to read them and disconnecting current modem. Call and make sure only active modem on your account is the last one they installed. Been two weeks for me and solved problem so far.

Yea right now things are going well but it’s always like this with them lol. They’ll fix it & it’s perfect for months until it’s not
