Hey Debbie I actually keep my R6 on continuous AF. that way it’s always scanning the scene. If I was shooting on a DSLR I’d absolutely be in SERVO for the walking shots
In these situations i would of used a ND filter to lower the shutter and employed flash under the trees as a fill. This would stop the skies blowing out. That is just me. As to the thumbnail, this need to be better for you to get eyes on your videos. Pick a really good photo and then add some clickbait title, like "sweetheart kisses where they got engaged" another good one is, "how to shoot in harsh sunlight" but something that gets eys on your vid. The thumbnail is super important on RUclips.
