I got rejected after 17 days of wait.
My interview went very good and interviewer was very impressed with me..
He asked me Was your project guide happy with your work?? Then I didn't lie that yes he was happy. I told him truth that project guide wasn't happy...Then interviewer laughed and said "yeah typical project guide"..
Like this interview went very good but still I got rejected and I dont even know the reason...
Should I mail them asking where I made mistakes in interview?
Don't lose hope brother, it happens, if you have interviewers contact details, try reaching out to them and ask for specific feedback. And recall your interview yourself, was there anything you thought you could have done better? Work on that and try in other companies ✌️
@@CorporateWala I remember his name but he didn't give me his contact details..
And yes..I.said NO Directly two times while answering but he didn't seem unhappy after that...he was very chill and relax...it was like a conversation between two friends..
but that shouldn't be much problem as compared to other 14 minutes of good interview
@@Scofield9975 yes it seems it's not affecting but it actually does and he seemed chill because he takes 100s of interviews. No worries bro, 2 things where you said no, work on those things and try again in other companies. And next time don't say no directly, instead use the method I shared in my video
@@CorporateWala I know how to say it in polite way but interview was fast paced, so in hurry..I said no...
And how does these process happens after interview? Does the interviewer gives us marks during interview and secretly notes our strengths and weaknesses.?
And does he tell the HR team whom to select and whom to reject or HR team also rewatches our interview video recording?
@@Scofield9975 HR team only review your basic profile and carry forward your CV to managers , final decision is always of managers who takes technical round interview. And yes, wo won't see it in virtual interview but they do note down things while taking your interview. And decide to hire you or not based on overall experience.

Got selected in all rounds of interview but not getting any call or respond from hr.
What should I do?
When did you heard last form them?
Congratulations for clearing all the rounds
I got call from supervisor for confirmation whether I got a call from HR.
Later got call HR she told me deside whatever your design is to join or not.
Yesterday I called her and confirm I will join Accenture and I also confirmed whether am I cleaned with assessment and operations round.
I have another offer from congnigent but want to join Accenture.
