It's a perfect way to start the day, to fill kids' bodies with lots of energy, making their day more productive and happier. This dynamic workout features body extensions to warm up the muscles, followed by arm crossovers and back turns to engage the upper body. Next, kids will do some hip swirls to the mix for a full-body fat burn and a challenging series of prayer pushes and punches to work those arms and core muscles.
