To be honest, I'm not sure what you would do with them exactly. I'm thinking you would summon Ancient Fairy Dragon (so you would have to run Guisarme or maybe multiple Destrudo), destroy Ravine, add Divine Wind of Mist Valley, which you would trigger with Zephyros by bouncing a winged beast. But what would be the point? What would you summon from the deck? And is it better than just bouncing Ravine so you can use that again?
@@HappyFaceXD If you bounce Ravine, and want to use it again, you would need another discard too. And Ancient Fairy Dragon can act as another Body, you can use to either banish for Trishula, or perhaps synchro summon Ascalon or Areadbhair with (if you synchro you would use Divine Winds Mistvalley for Darkspear/Guisarme/Creation Resonator), there's also Bystial Dis Pater. Or use Mist Valley for a lvl1 tuner and go for Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon or Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon. Windwitch Snow Bell would make your Crystal Wing indestructible. You could technically even add it by Glass Bell's effect too. Kao'ki Meiru Drago or Ghost Fairy Elfobia would be some pretty decent floodgates. (Elf also disables your own so careful for Lightning storm) Then there are a bunch of value cards, like Pilica, Descendant of Gusto (you can use with Emergency Teleport too), Mecha Phantom Beast O-lion and Clock Wyvern. But probably the most noteable are Speedroid Fuki-Modoshi-Piper (a Pot of Prosperity and lvl manipulation) and Genex Blastfan plus Ally Birdman. For Dragunity Cards, Militum might be cool, because if you summoned Barcha and equipped Gea Dearg to it, Militum can special Gea Dearg, for another discard. Or you use Tribus to dump another Dragunity to Grave. Also interesting options would be Hundred Dragon, it gives additonal protection when send to grave or Nightmell the Dark Bonder has a pretty strong but hard to use effect.
I'm trying 3x Simorgh Bird of Perfection, 1x Simorgh of Darkness and 1x Simorgh Repulsion at the moment. My feelings are mixed at the moment but that's partially because it conflicts with my deck in a way that I still have to solve. If it works out you'll likely see it in my next video!
Hey man, you are really skilled at playing this deck! I'm building this deck now, is it playable without Gold Sarc, Tempest and Arma? They are one package, correct? Also, don't have Trishula, Chaotic Ruler or Borrlend yet. I pretty much have everything else besides the 3rd Ravine. Do you think I can still play competitively while I save for rest? I really want to start practicing with then deck! Anyway, great videos, learning a lot
Thank you very much! I would recommend at least including Gold Sarc and Tempest; they are one package and should make the deck more consistent by providing another way to get to Remus. Arma Gram can be used in combination with Tempest as shown in my video, but I think you can manage without it. Also, there are other builds of the deck out there that do not use Trishula and Chaos Ruler. But Borreload Savage Dragon is pretty much in every version of the deck, because that's one of the important dragons that we end on. Other than that, if you get the third ravine you can start practicing while saving up for the rest. Good luck! Let me know how it goes and I would be happy to help!
@Laurens Thanks! I do have Savage Dragon, I meant Borrelsword Dragon. I will work on getting the 3rd Ravine, Gold Sarc and Tempest! Will start practicing soon, appreciate the help!
Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. By Senatus at 1 I assume you mean why not 2 or 3. When building the deck initially, I actually did have two copies because it's a good way to access one of the tuners, which saves you some trouble deeper into the combos. That's why I still search it with Ravine sometimes. The problem is that you have to use your normal summon and discard a dragunity card to activate its effect. If your Senatus gets impermed and you don't have a follow-up that doesn't use a normal summon, that means your turn is pretty much over.
@@HappyFaceXD ahhhh that makes total sense. As I was watching, I was hoping to see you play through such an interaction with imperm and senatus. Either way, I love dragunity and I love good pilots of the deck, I learned more today from watching, thank you
@@AlensioRedux Just wanted to let you know I have a new video now where I run three Senatus! I still stand by what I said and prefer to take other routes, but you have to make do with what you got and they do boost consistency!
Seeing someone pilot Dragunity is always beautiful
nice deck, this give me some inspiration to rebuild my dragunity deck n back to MD again..
thanks
Glad to hear it!
do you think the new Ancient Fairy Dragon and Divine Wind of Mist Valley could be good for this deck?

@@Element_Doom Sounds very creative but that's a lot of cards I don't run. Plus, Dis Pater is not going to be in Master Duel for some time...
Have you ever thought to mix the deck with simorgh? Or is this pure version just better?

Senatus hasn’t been a 3-of for a while since we got Remus and Legatus. Those are the main starters now.
