I was just talking to my friend about Nureo Linguistic Programming and how effective it was. The utilization of mental images of accomplishing goals, the brightness of the picture in my mind, what it would feel like, any particular scents or smells, close or far, loud or quite. Regardless I believe we are accessing synchronistic events when we are meditating on a highly detailed visualization. Awesome show!
Never thought about the DMT patterns being representations of what's happening in our brains. I went through about a three or four year period in my early twenties where basically everything was synchronous. It was actually very frightening because I didn't know what was going on. I thought I was losing my mind or I was schizophrenic. It was like reality was screaming at me all the time from every angle. I eventually just begged for it to stop and it took a little bit but it stopped. This was way before information on it was readily available. I wish I had access to stuff like this back then.
Kinda experiencing the exact same thing lol, and I’m at that age you were when it was happening, but it’s been happening to me since 2013. I’ve learned to take it in stride and to be honest, it helped me achieve a lot of my goals. I think it’s like beauty is in the eye of the beholder, your perspective and how you decide to look at it will either empower you, or disempower you. I’m sure tho since you had such a lack of information on it because the lack of internet made it way scarier, to be honest I would’ve probably been just like you had I not been fortunate enough to have had internet when I was in high school. Just thought I’d add my anecdote from my experience, glad you’re doing better friend.
