As an Interior Designer (not that my opinion matters hehe), I love how logical and practical this DIY makeover was. Form followed function even though the main objective is to transform it into an aesthetic room. Also the bg music is so cute :3 PS. I don't know if I missed it out but when you want to repaint metal framings best to do is to sand it down a bit so the paint can adhere better! This was from my experience when I used to DIY before. (just a smol and effective tip :> hehe) Glad this appeared on my feed!!

Girl we have the same bed, study table, and bedsheet (but mine's diff in color)! I was looking for a white bed last year but any white bed frame that I saw were out of my budget so I settled for a black one and I was thinking to just paint it white. Fortunately, nowadays its easier to modify them, using wallpaper, spray, paints. Most of my furniture like in the video, I don't have much money to buy a new one, so I just use paint and wallpaper to change the colour. It's so worth it. Having $20 - $40 budget is more than enough to cover many furniture.
so pretty !! i suggest maybe placing the desk on the right side of the room below the cabinets so that you'll have more space by the bed + no more problem with that little space from the wall to the desk since you can avoid the little corner thing. nonetheless, i love what you've done with you room

Im so happy that my parents started giving me and my sister allowance one again (they stopped before because of covid we were worried my dad would lose his job) but now I can have a room makeover!!! i’m really grateful for having my own room i used to sleep with my mum , brother ( grandma when she visits ) my mum and bro would sleep on the bed hes like 11 my grandma sleeps on a mattress since she dosen’t like sleeping on beds and i slept on a mattress as well but after years of not having my own room i now do i got my room like last year i used to be very embarrassed having to share a room with my mum brother n grandma but now i learned how to be grateful because some ppl can’t even afford a large house so they have to sleep with there whole family in the garage or something i feel rlly bad
If you have a little bit of money and can buy paint then just do it. A lot of parents don't agree on this kind of stuff, but if you have already done it, then they won't mind (probably) But you know your family better, so make a wise decision

First time I see someone use an actual paint brush to paint a metal frame. I was taught that spray paint is a better and longer lasting option for metal. You just need to have a spot outside and lay down some cardboard because it's messy and smells. When you pointed out the blue cabinet handles I nodded along. Those definitely had to go 😅 Great choice with the wooden handles. Random idea for those boxes you assembled for your clothes: if you want to make it a bit aesthetic you can put some contact paper, gift wrap paper, or even cloth over it. Some of the cloth looking ones they sell are basically cardboard wrapped in cloth anyway.

Loved your diy drawer/organizer. Painting them white, or wrapping them with contact paper will make them look better though. Plus, real plants will also vamp up the look of your room so much more. Nothing like real flora. But overall, your room looks like a relaxing haven. ☺️
