Just recently took a deeper dive into this band. They have everything I like in a death metal band: speed, precision, brutality, and I like the multiple singers dynamic which is less common. Badass 🤘🏻🔥

Nile is definitely an acquired taste. One of the greatest death metal bands of all time, but there will always be people who can't get into them. I can't blame them really... still, I'm lucky enough to be able to appreciate these guys.

Gosh darn!!! My father grew up listening to Nile and another band called Morbid Angel.. the drums!!! The drums are what stand out and it's amazing!

I enjoy Niles lyrics a lot, they are (and purpously so, I think) epic in feel. They even teach some insight into egyption mythos.

For me personally, the star of the show here is that badass of a drummer they have! I think his name is George maybe? But yeah. He's awesome. Maybe the other elements of the band will grow on me as I listen to more of their material.

My brother and I are huge metal heads. We listen to our music while we smoke in our garage. Occasionally my mother will walk out and hear what we’re listening to and make no comment. But she said Nile truly sounded evil to her. Probs to those guys.

You have the least refined taste possible then. Although I do credit Death with revolutionizing the genre (if not "startng" it) I do NOT enjoy their noise. I like a little bit of melody in there every now and then
The reason I say they're the best is because I find they have been the most consistent for the longest period of time in making a kind of music I thoroughly enjoy
