No, this song didn't come out right after Swedish Idol. Loreen was on Swedish Idol in 2004 (and came 4th). "My Heart Is Refusing Me" is from 2011. It and was her first entry to Melodifestivalen (which is the show that select the Swedish entry for Eurovision every year), it's by far the biggest TV-show in Sweden, much bigger than Swedish Idol, and has been running for over 60 years. You should check it out! It's coming up in February! Or check out one of the previous years editions. Loreen didn't make it to the final with "My Heart Is Refusing Me", though. She came 4th in a semifinal, got a second chance, but was voted out. Good thing that she returned to Melodifestivalen the next year, in 2012, with "Euphoria"!
Loreen has done a cover of John Farnhams "your the voice" very strong performance and a version of "my heart is refusing me" from 1921, live crowd 1 mega event, very good quality.
