Its always better to be heavier for training. You got a permanent weight vest on and recover quickly, and there is no useless food focus. I always think to myself that I can lose the weight for the project of my dreams. Getting close to a decade of climbing and haven't found such yet, since I am just getting better and better.

No. Only if you eat acidic stuff. Even so, your teeth does not work that way. If you have enough fluoride in your body then it leaks via your saliva instantaneously to remineralize the enamel. Fluoride ions are extremely reactive. Some say wait for 30 minutes before brushing. Some say neutralize with sodium bicarbonate. Many people do not bother all that and still have excellent oral health. Look at ancient human fossils, they have excellent teeth compared to modern humans. Why is that despite of hi-tec, world's most advanced, and new age nonsense? Ancient humans had alien technology which died with them? There are myths and conspiracy theories for and of everything. One needs to know and understand the actual science.
