@@wiserlivingrealty - Red Racks and Goodwill are hardly worth bothering with anymore. Used to find $4 shoes at Goodwill. Now, you'd be hard pressed to find anything of any quality for less than $10 to $15...
Just a heads up places like relics, mikes unique, std, uptown etc are not thrift stores those are flea markets. Real Thrift stores are 501c3. That means a non profit. All the ones i listed above are for profit with booths people rent to make money for themselves. Not to help the community. Red rack prices are extremely high. Goodwills prices arnt much better but they are non profits and help the community a little but not much. Support thrift stores that give back to the Springfield mo area directly like the council of the blind thrift store, thrift haven or the salvation army. All thes help out our locals more than dav or goodwills. And the prices are way cheaper at these three.
Goodwill is NOT a non-profit. They used to be, but not any longer. We donate tons (literally) of clothing and other goods every year and it all goes to Salvation Army, Restore or one of the Ronald McDonald houses...
You failed to mention Thrift Haven, the most reasonably priced thrift store in Springfield and is actually a community thrift supporting a children's home. Redracks is so ridiculously priced it doesn't even count as a thriftstore imo.
I remember my first time seeing the sign for STD Flea Market. I about fell out of my car laughing.
What a BIZARRE name!!! It catches my attention every time we go by that area. 😂
i LOVE Relics
We do, too 😂🥰
Another good video!
Hey thank you very much!!! 😁
Moving to Missouri this month.
Welcome to Missouri!!! If you are ever in our neck of the woods you are welcome to come visit our office!
Mikes and Relics are the two best. The old Springfield Tool and Die (STD) building isn't too bad. Red Racks is seriously over-priced..
They are great!!! I think the STD has some good stuff you just gotta be looking for it. I have noticed lately prices have gone WAY up at Red Racks 😬

Where's Thrift Haven located?
Personally, we love Thrift Haven on Glenstone and we have mentioned it in other videos, but by far it's not as popular as the list we have. 😂
