Found a better way. By better, I mean with one fewer node. In version 13, you can use the "Mix" node rather than connecting Real2Vector into a Range Mapper. I don't know if the Mix node is in early versions, but it makes this function super simple.
Good tut. This function is more complicated than it first appears. One issue I ran into is that the xpresso expression did not work with the "Position" parameters. When I switched to "Global Position", the xpresso tag behaved just as Stefan describes.
