Gibsplat 2 has impressive mechanics for gibbing and dismemberment, mainly the fact it doesn’t rely on heavy limb shrinking and ragdoll duplication like LiteGibs. LiteGibs on the other hand has impressive blood splatter mechanics that hides said drawbacks while being fairly light on performance.

With all the guts Brutal Doom is far more gory. But gibsplat 2(basically enchanced Fallout NV gore) is good too

litegibs only do gore on ragdolls example if you shoot someones head with a revolver with lite gibs it does not get gibbed but with gibsplat it does

Tick the 'keep corpses' button in the npc spawn menu at the bottom left corner and you can interact with the corpse

litegibs suck becuase when you zoom in in there heads there heads are tiny gibsplat 2 adds detail

litegibs is more better in gore but when you die and you have a custom player model on it lags and litegibs hence the name lite is more better cause it does not have to make gibs for the custom model

Make sure you look at the problems menu and look for any other gore mods messing with it. That or write down all of the mods you have, disable or uninstall all of them, and one by one re-download them but gibsplat 2 first until something wrong happens. Sorry for too late of a reply.
