Pastor I do these fasts where I only eat fruits, vegetables and nuts. No animal products with its hormones and no food that is damaged by fire. I feel like this discipline makes me hungry for spiritual things and the body and spirit becomes purified of all impurities. The original food of garden of eden is what God designed for humans. God bless. And I want to say I seen God work for me through your word. Also comminting to the cross is harder for me than comminting to fasting. The cross will destroy you and then you can do the will of God and become a true grown son of God.

@@farealwitit7947 yes I think we were not created for meat. It says when God created man and woman he told them to eat from fruits of the tree and not streak or eggs. Even science now proves that also. People say God permits us to eat flesh. Ok. But that was not how it was from the beginning. And like Jesus said about marriage that it got permitted them separation because of the hardness of their heart. If you want to beat desires of flesh then you should stop feeding your flesh with flesh. That's been my experience. Anywhere there is discipline there is death to old self and growth to new man.

science proves that meat has complete proteins and b12 which are essential for our health.
@@farealwitit7947 everything is permitted to me but not everything is edifying to me. Its every persons choice how they want to live. Paul wanted to reach the goal of highest calling that why he renounced everything.
@@alexpukay to you, but not according to the word. the word clearly states that theres nothing wrong w meat. paul stated he would abstain from, not renounce, meat in order that he not cause others to stumble. this, however, does not imply that meat itself is bad.
You have ONE nature in your recreated spirit, the nature of God the Father, BUT your SOUL AND BODY are tainted with the OLD nature that USED TO BE in your spirit. WE DONT HAVE TWO NATURES. YOU ARE WRONG IN THAT POINT.
