Bots are fine when they aren't being used by players. If the game implemented random bots that roam around slowly for everyone to eat then it'd be fine as it's basically just a bigger mass piece to eat so that people that are small can grow big quick enough not to immediately get wrecked by the number 1 player. It's only a problem when one person is using them to grow gigantic. That's unfair. But bots in general aren't bad.

how does the agario xp system actually work like, does it count the total mass gained and devides the score in half or does it count on your high score and then divides it?
No, depending on the level you are at. For example, lets say you were at level 50, it would calculate your total mass, lets say 20K, and it will give you as many xp points that your level would round to if you get what I mean. like if a level 1 person got a 20 K highscore, then they would level up to level like 10, If a level 50 guy got that, they would only level up 3/8-4/8 of the way.
