Dat Kid Panther, ACTUALLY it's not because they are "white and soft like marshmellows" , it's is actually beacause they were not trained to hit hard they were trained to hit effectively (wrapping up the legs) and to take the offensive player down. Some of the greatest players in the NFL today and some legends of the game are white. Examples: Peyton Manning/Eli/Archie, Joe Montana, Clay Matthews, etc. Just because they are white doesn't mean that they can't play just as good as any other race. Now quit being ignorant and go actually learn football.
The coaches match these kids up with size. At my school they don't. They are so lucky I have to go up against people who are 50 lbs. bigger than me sometimes
MadJukes 19 yep our coaches don't care about size or skill. They'll put us up against a way bigger kid so we get better and know what it is like to take a big hit
MadJukes 19 they shouldn't be matching people up by size lmao because when you get in an actual game you aren't always gonna tackle someone who's your "size" your school team is doing great.
@madjukes yeah we have been to the championship 2 times out of the last three years and ur school seems to know as well. And when they get to a game they'll probably lose badly.
Same thing with me you can't put kids the same size together because in the real game you ave to go with kids heavier stronger faster and better... it's just going to make you better an what their doing is making the kids soft
xxslayer slasher nigga don't be scared I'm a freshman this year and lowkey if you are worried just got as hard as you can worst case is you get beat but keep working and you'll get better
I'm from Germany and football is not really big here yet (it keeps growing) but our coaches don't give a shit who you're in tackle drill against. This is the only way to learn to really get in touch -_- like bro on the field it doesn't matter how easy or difficult you are fast or slow. If you don't dare to get in touch, you are unlucky. My previous new helmet probably looked more scratched after 1 week than the helmet from these kids after 3 seasons ...
They hit like my grandma at my school 7/8th football we hit hard even the qb can hit harder than this like this is a team of water boys compared to my school
Bruh what’s this after Are hitting drills ppl were having to get patched up from the water boys bc we were bleeding and bruised up ppl were getting helmets knocked off
They are actually doing all right for how old they are and with this team a lot of the guys probably is their first year so they aren’t conditioned to hit
What type of practice is this like aren’t u supposed to practice at school and why are they just letting everyone play different positions like let the rb play rb and let the Lb play LB
@@ians1275 well maybe we do it different cause like since my team is good cause like we played on ESPN before and like schools like OSU AND LSU and Alabama come to watch
@@pmacboy1066 maybe if u play collage ball then yeah it makes no sense to put different ppl at different pos. but this is 8th grade football half the kids here go both ways.
Well yea but also no our high school coach went to our middle school games one of my friends was a beast no one could tackle him so they went for his legs and he got hurt a lot because of that so he had to miss tryouts but our coach already had him on the varsity roster now he has a D2 offer and well its because of his middle school performance
lol im a tight end and when we did this play I got switched to a wide receiver and 2nd string running back because I dragged the line backer and linemen lol these kids should be hitting harder for there age
What are these coaches hahaha this is just a local neighborhood dad coach team right lmao
Ikr 😂😂😂😂
They suck🚼ahah
It's a german youth team were the player play this sport for like 2-3 months

Yall go against me bro yall finna get trucked.starting linebacker
14:00 that’s the best thing I’ve seen in this video
He’s a wrestler
14:00 that was the hardest softest hit I’ve ever seen
I cannot stand the guy that will keep begging to go, lose, then beg some more. It pisses me off.
BFBCdude ikr😂
Or that guy that wants to do hitting so badly but he will only go up against some people 😂😂😂
Or he plays against one of the kids that barely knows how to play and lose
@@Gemmexican Don't know 7th/8th meaning (assuming grade), and if it is by grade, that's immature af

Having 5 guys all yelling different random instructions is always great for proper training.
This was always my favorite drill
11:56 guy at o-line hasn't been out yet been watching his team for 11 minutes and still don't know what to do😂
Lmao
If I did that I would be running for 3 hours
19:25 what the heck was the running back doing????!!!
bruh
the linebacker still couldn't bring him down instantly 😭
His parents forced him to be there
Scared
Man what great coaching
My pet rock can do some serious damage
dat boi yeah to my car lol
i remember before i quit playing football i was one of the toughest 7th graders
I love how the kids are raising there hands eager to get in the drill.
They get up like turtles
They hit like pillows
And the refs allow this
14:00 was the best
Watch from 13:55
most weakest hits i play 8th to 7th football i hit harder then that
Jeronn Sisson Jr Ik they are trash

When you realize every kid in the vid either already graduated or are in their senior year
Mc Doge I’m the dude from 14:00 who gets laid out. Still got PTSD
I was reading the comments before the first play and thought they were exaggerating then i saw the first play and i started dying

the coach or dad in the green is trying to make it hype
Doesn’t matter how hard you hit just matters if you can bring them down
This drill was always crazy
I know this is late but I’m in eighth grade and I would make these kids cry in practice
This isn’t tackling its giving grandma a hug
Good drill coach Amazing drill
Yall hit like 2 marshmallows getting put together
This is my favourite drill
what game they think they winning?
Nobody: Kid in back. LINEBACKERR. RUNNING BACK. LEMME GOO

I always wondered what those teams that we blow out 42 to 0 practice is like I think I got my answer
yall need more bigger people
You don't start on ground u start on feet and charge at em full power all u got
Don't mean to be rude but like bro is this an actual team like what, I'm a QB but I'm the size of their linemen
Its a public middle school. Why are you acting they gonna be good 😂 that’s probably how you looked when were 12
@@originalsourpatchkid1833 you right i did look like that but I sure didn't hit like that

Johnathan Butler for sure
imaging what their pre game speech’s are like
I think from a safety stand point I would prefer to have the players set in a football position. I think that also better simulate a game situation
That's actually a really good idea
I agree and I'm dline
Its just a hitting and control fear drill
They go to slow in between reps these coaches tooo nice
Where’s the hitting at? I don’t hear any pads
We do this at my football practices but our coaches call it "The Gauntlet."
Wish I had these kids at my school when we do tackling drills
in my school there are people who would blow you up and their like half your size
I lost a lot of brain cells to this drill lmao straight up

Lmao the o line that didn’t block just went right through to the camera
Tell me y’all school I’ll play for y’all cuz what y’all doing was light work🤦🏾♂️
Set everyone up by size? Then how are the little kids supposed to tackle a 5’11 running back in a game
Lucky kids playing in soft grass meenwhile in a Texas were playing on dusty rock hard dry grass.
Why are some wearing cleats and some aren’t and why are they slow
Have you considered turning to Jesus

Bro these are a bunch of small eighth graders they look 5 foot two and weighs 60 pounds
Theses kids already have a son
What these kids coaches need to teach them:
How to lower there shoulders as running back
How to tackle
We use the same brand equipment
they hit soo hard

in hamburger the lineman should be in a 3 point
My middle school coach would simply make us run 2 miles around the school in 8 minutes if he sees this and curse us out
I wonder there record in high school right now my high school is undefeated right now
Wtf is this I’ve seen 2nd graders hit harder then yalls whole team
