Hey bro, been waiting for u to put out some more content. These three beauty's should keep you and hopefully the channel busy for a long time, congrats!!!
The plan is to post more consistently👍 hold me accountable👍😂
Love to see that Arizona dudes Volvo collection. Peace.
Wow!!! What a collection, and most of them are basically the same color☝🏽👍👆👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
They are definitely fun projects!
@@volvoenthusiastsgroup3386 And fun to work on,and the best is yet once they are in working order drive them around,👆☝🏽👍that is how I feel, currently I have a 1988 760 Turbo that I am fixing little by little, that I enjoy working on,
@@EnriqueLopez-hb5jn those 760 turbos are Jems! Good luck with your project!
26;50 it's a crowbar and the snake kit is for cutting the bite wound, so you can suck out the snake poison. The red cord is for blocking the blood circulation. Good luck with these nice Volvos.
Thanks for the clarification I was really scratching my head with that snake kit😂 Also thanks a ton! Part 2 will be dropping this week.
Glad I found this channel
Thanks for checking it out!!!!
Just discovered you through Dean of Machines channel. What a great haul! Can't wait to see more on these!
Thanks a ton for checking out the channel. I definitely made sure to thank Dean for shouting out my channel!
Those cleared tail lights🤯. Do you know where I could get myself those taillights from??
I like the 86’
DL means down low or base model. 😘
U gonna sell one orrrrr? 👀
I ended up selling them all after getting them back up and running. They all have new Volvo enthusiast owners🇸🇪
This one looks like it'll be a good one!
It’s definitely a start to what looks like a couple of long term projects! Hope everyone sicks around to see how they progress🇸🇪👍
@@volvoenthusiastsgroup3386 Ill be here bud. Gotta support the Volvo fam. Plus I need to con you into hooking up a deal on a 245 lol
I have a 1990 240 Volvo. I want to redo it but now I need a new odometer or cluster ! I drive it fine but the inside needs stuff. The vinyl is dry & practically falls apart. Wish I could have a better one but ? I love my wagon because of the space. Storage units , more versatile for me ! It a work in progress. I’m retired on fixed income so It is slow. But runs great !
Ole Boy has a ton of cars!
I have 4 Volvos now. Just bought my first 245. A 90 model. Oh boy, it'll be an adventure. Good luck and I look forward to seeing how you progress.
Hey dude, we just picked up a 1993 240 sedan black on black. 157K miles. well maintained. Just subscribed too.
Thanks for subscribing!! And good luck on the 240 project! You can’t beat black on black!
Was there a white late 70's 242 in the mix?? I'd be interested in that one. Let me know if you can get that one if it is worth the effort.
Cheers
I’ll definitely let you know if I come across a late 70s model 242 . The guy had one but did not want to sell it🙃
240 for life! 🇸🇪
Save them all 👍🇸🇪
Well - having oil, coolant or other stuff it's not bad sight in my opinion. I have always 2L of oil and a little of coolant, atf and other stuff but my 240 never have any problems with them. They are there just in case of brakedown. But maybe in USA where car stuff is sold on every corner it's weird...
Totally agree. At least the guy was prepared. I should have elaborated but the coolant bottle was almost empty. So I assumed the previous owner must have been topping of the coolant in the 240 GL. And with that milky coolant in the expansion tank I’m guessing the head gasket is blown.
That’s crazy that you actually found 240’s in Arizona!! I’m in Mesa and I stay on OfferUp and Craigslist looking for these. Very hard to come by ones where people aren’t asking 7000 for them.
I got lucky finding these three wagons. I feel like I payed top dollar for three non running 240s cuz I removed being able to pick running 240 wagons for below $1000 all day😂
Did the 'replace the tank' thing on my '91. The sending unit, almost as bad as yours, cleaned up nicely and easily with wire brush on a Dremel. Most of the rust on mine came from the tank itself rather than originating from corrosion of the pickup assembly. Pry open the tabs on the gas sender and clean under there. (Don't lose the spring.) Took less than an hour. Wish I could show you pictures.
Just saw your Facebook post. Your pump cleaned up very well! I ended up just buying new sending units. I’ll try cleaning up the old ones and keep them as spares.
Doing good on your channel congratulations we need to off road soon still
Thanks homie! Hmu when you’re back in Az.
Alright for sure
