It's not the only isekai about pharmacists, but it's probably the one with the best narrative. What better antagonist to a healer than a plague-bearer?
Imma be honest I kinda forgot about this anime after he opened his pharmacy, now I want to watch again, and just the fact that he prevents the worlds most deadliest pandemic is insane and would probably make him the world’s best pharmacist if he isn’t already

Considering that Falma is literally titled "God of Medicine", He is sorta the BEST Pharmacist, Since he was Technically reborn as the Guardian Deity of Medicine. So yeah, I can say in all damn rights he is, The World's Damn Best Pharmacist in the entire universe.
i'd just like to point out something. empress elizabeth didn't have lung cancer. he considered it as a symptom, but the true cause was tuberculosis compounded by pneumonia. great video by the way, made me want to go watch this anime again!
I often wonder about Parma the original soul that inhabited the body. My thinking is Parma's sister was sick and he sacruficed himself to give his body to someone who could cure his sister.
minor correction, but the empress only had TB; lung cancer was just one of the differential diagnosis that would justify the nodules he just saw in the lungs. The power he has is basically an advanced MRI machine added with a PET scan; but he still needs the knoledge to interpret the results
A great kid gets full recognition from the Empress for his good works in public health, rather than the credit being taken by some minister or pharmacist boss.

the black death can be easily overpowered with paracetamol and maybe even Calpol, it was so dangerous because people where very unhygienic in the slums which is where the death toll hit, middle class and upper class where just fine since they could afford treatment
paracetamol is not effective as an anti bacterial agent, Calpol is a children's version which also is not effective. Black Death or Bubonic plague as it is known today in it's common form is spread primarily by biting insects such as fleas. It is easily treated by a number of antibiotics. Fun Fact. The Previous Farma is probably dead. Later on in the manga the Empress and Farma go to a hot bath and how to say, relax and chill. Farma notices that the Empress has a faded mark and in turn the Empress notices Farma has a full mark. According to the Empress a faded Mark means she is blessed by the Gods while a full Mark means a God has reincarnated. As Farma was given a full mark when he got strucked by Lighting it is likely that Farma died and our MC's soul took over

It was a really pleasant watch, but the way they wrote/implemented his character, there is barely any possibility for development. His abilities are too potent/diverse, he already has gained control of them, geopolitically he is the best standing with just about every introduced party and introducing random medical conditions every 2 episodes just for him being fully capable of resolving them without any significant amount of effort just isn't something that can go on for too long before it becomes old. I very much enjoyed these 12 episodes but it is one of the rare shows that I prefer not have a further season.
