Just watched this with my wife who played a part in his rehabilitation at Lincoln Hospital. She's over the moon to see him doing so well after all the hard work Ivan and her colleagues have put in. So nice to see an interview with Ivan, someone I enjoyed watching so many times at Scarbados, TT etc. Totally shocked by the accident, and followed the news as he recovered. Inspirational to hear about his rehabilitation By coincidence one of my lockdown books has been Reach For The Sky, Douglas Bader's biography and Ivan's determination to recover his mobility shows similar character. You can't help but admire inspirational people like these. Be nice to have an interview with Steve Mercer some time or Jamie Hamilton, two more riders who have faced long battles back from serious injury in recent years. These are all great human stories, at least as important as the racing itself. Well done lads, top show.

Must admit I hadn't followed Ivan's rehab too closely, I knew it was a really bad one he'd had, and every so often something would pop up on Twitter, but didn't really have much idea how he was doing, so it's bloody brilliant to see just how good he's looking and sounding now - wishing him and his missus to be (sorry, didn't catch her name) nothing but happy times together. You two keep on smashing it out of the park with these pods, superb listening and viewing, especially in these lockdown times Cheers to everyone involved 👌👍👍
Yet again, another winner of a show with a very entertaining interview, one of the best yet. Ivan & Ciona are a great couple with such a positive and fun loving outlook, that's more infectious than this feckin coronavirus. Great insights into Ivan's long recovery and steely determination nevermind getting the screws out of his knee with just a local anaesthetic. One of many highlights and good laughs. Brilliant job lads keep them coming.
