I can assure you she relies heavily on your damagers to know what they are doing as she has full commitment engages. She becomes S tier in Master/Grandmaster/Challenger where everyone performs their role well, but suffers much more in comparison with other supports that can "save their idiot teamates" like thresh, morg, lux, nami, lulu, etc. in low elo.

Probably not, I played in LCS and academy for a really long time and grinded my ass off for it, i'd consider a top tier 2 team right now but other than that OQ doesnt seem that intresting to me atm

Definitely weak if your teammates aren’t good. If your teammates can follow up on your plays she’s amazing.
