Do they actually end up selling all of that food in one day? Doesn't it sit out too long? And how are there no flies everywhere? And lastly, how in the world do you decide what to eat with so many good looking options?
This is like a quite similar situation when you go to a food truck festival. Besides, food is not pre-made. Hope people there will not follow the same waste-dealing approach used by Carrefour. What I have heard off before is staffs pour out liquid soap into the leftovers, package the wastes and send them to waste plants.
Fly Life if you're looking for snacks, don't worry, they are everywhere. not a lot of interesting spots though. People's Square would be a nice place to visit.
well, so you prefer chinese cook and eat on street? with all the dust? that's not what china is now..... things has changed a lot over there in the last 20 or 30 years....

more like a buffet in the house not street food
It’s not a buffet, each item is quite expensive
It's a Chinese smörgåsbord!
