      It's confusing because it's man-made doctrine.
      ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭14:33‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[33] For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
Jesus is the fullness of the Godhead, and the Bible warns against doctrine like the Trinity.
      ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:8‭-‬9‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[8] Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. [9] For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Jesus has always existed as the Father.
      ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[6] For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
      ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭44:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[6] Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.
      ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭1:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[8] I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
God the Father came to Earth in flesh through his Son Jesus.
      ‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[16] And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
      ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2:6‭-‬11‬ ‭NLT‬‬
[6] Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. [7] Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, [8] he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. [9] Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, [10] that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, [11] and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The Father is the Son and the Son is the Father.
      ‭‭John‬ ‭14:10‭-‬11‬ ‭NLT‬‬
[10] Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me. [11] Just believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. Or at least believe because of the work you have seen me do.
      ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭3:14‬ ‭NLT‬‬
[14] God replied to Moses, “I Am Who I Am. Say this to the people of Israel: I Am has sent me to you.”
      ‭‭John‬ ‭8:58‬ ‭NLT‬‬
[58] Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, before Abraham was even born, I Am!”
      ‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭6:4‬ ‭NLT‬‬
[4] “Listen, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord alone.
      ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43:10‭-‬11‬ ‭NLT‬‬
[10] “But you are my witnesses, O Israel!” says the Lord. “You are my servant. You have been chosen to know me, believe in me, and understand that I alone am God. There is no other God- there never has been, and there never will be. [11] I, yes I, am the Lord, and there is no other Savior.

The Bible preaches A TRIUNE GOD, not The Trinity Doctrine which states '"THE FATHER IS NOT THE SON OR THE HOLY SPIRIT, THE SON IS NOT THE FATHER OR THE HOLY SPIRIT & THE HOLY SPIRIT IS NOT THE FATHER OR THE SON"! YOU FAILED TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "A TRIUNE GOD" & "THE TRINITY DOCTRINE"!
IF GOD IS NOT A TRIUNE GOD, WHY DID JESUS GIVE THE COMMAND TO BAPTISE "In The Name of The Father, Son and Holy Spirit"?
God is triune is not the problem - the problem of the Trinity Doctrine is that it states that "THE FATHER IS NOT THE SON OR THE HOLY SPIRIT, THE SON IS NOT THE FATHER OR THE HOLY SPIRIT & THE HOLY SPIRIT IS NOT THE FATHER OR THE SON"? BUT THE BIBLE PREACHES THAT THE FATHER IS THE SON & THE HOLY SPIRIT! Can you see the contradiction?
God is NOT "THREE...persons in ONE" BUT ONE GOD IN THREE FORMS - FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT! Why can't God separate Himself and come to earth AS "The Son of God"? JESUS SAID in John 16:27 "I CAME OUT FROM GOD".
If there is only ONE God and rightly, than how can Jesus be different Person from God the Father? If Jesus is the Savior and God also claimed He is the ONLY Savior and none else, so did the Bible get confused and anyone speak lie?
I WORSHIP THE ONE GOD THE FATHER WHO MANIFESTED HIMSELF AS FATHER, SON & HOLY SPIRIT IN HIS NAME YHWH (YaHuWaH). WHEN WE WORSHIP GOD IN HIS NAME YHWH (YaHuWaH), WE WORSHIP THE FATHER, SON & HOLY SPIRIT AS ALL THREE HAVE THE SAME ONE GLORIOUS/GREATEST NAME IN EARTH & HEAVEN.

BEING HUMAN, Jesus spoke the words of Mark 13:32. DURING THE TIME JESUS WAS ON EARTH HE WAS 100% HUMAN, not both human and God as many Christians WRONGLY think/believe. Hebrews 2:7 "Thou madest him a little lower than the angels" & Psalms 8:5 "For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour" ARE PROOF OF THIS. Jesus had made it clear that His miracles were done by God The Father, John 5:30 "I can of mine own self do nothing". If Jesus was God DURING HIS TIME ON EARTH, WHY DID HE PRAY TO GOD THE FATHER ASKING FOR HIS GLORY TO BE RESTORED? This show that He had NO GLORY during His time on earth. Can God suffer pain, can God feel hungry, tired, thirsty? Can God die - BEING HUMAN, Jesus died! BEING HUMAN, Jesus prayed to God The Father YHWH saying “You are the only true God”. BEING HUMAN, Jesus said “the father is greater than I” John 14:28. BEING HUMAN, Jesus said "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the Son, but the Father only" MATTHEW 24:36.
AFTER HE ASCENDED TO HEAVEN , HE RECEIVED BACK HIS GLORY (His Name YHWH and His Title "God" - "Thy Throne O God") - Philippians 2:9. GOD THE FATHER WILL NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE "GOD” EXCEPT HIMSELF (in the flesh)! THE IMPORTANT FACT IS WHO IS JESUS NOW IN HEAVEN, not what He was during His short time on earth!
It is very important that one should know and believe that JESUS IS GOD THE FATHER (in His Glorified Body). If this is not very important, then WHY DID JESUS SAY IN JOHN 8:24 “FOR IF YE BELIEVE NOT THAT I AM HE, YE SHALL DIE IN YOUR SINS”. Who does the “HE” refer to? THE CONTEXT OF THIS SPEECH WAS ABOUT GOD THE FATHER. Read verse 27 "They understood not that HE SPAKE TO THEM OF THE FATHER". John 8:28 “WHEN YE HAVE LIFTED UP the Son of man (when you have unveiled ME), then shall ye know that I AM HE (then you will realize that I AM GOD THE FATHER- YHWH in the flesh form)”. Isaiah understood this and said that Jesus is THE ETERNAL FATHER. JESUS SAID THAT HE IS THE ALMIGHTY GOD in Revelation 1:8. John 14:9 "he who has seen me has seen the FATHER" - JESUS DID NOT SAY "he who has seen me has seen "His Son"!

Sahidic Coptic version corroborates early Christian Christology in many of its readings. This is especially true regarding the doctrine of the Trinity, since the most that can be read from Coptic John 1:1c is that "the Word was divine," not "the Word was God." Literally, what the Coptic version says is "the Word was a god."
This is consistent with what historians know about the development of the doctrine of the Trinity. As one edition of the New Encyclopedia Britannica puts it, "Neither the word Trinity, nor the explicit doctrine as such, appears in the New Testament....The doctrine developed gradually over several centuries and through many controversies." (Micropedia, Volume X, p. 126) It was not until the 4th Christian century that the doctrine of the Trinity was firmly established in the churches.
Likewise, the book Encyclopedia of Early Christianity, edited by Everett Ferguson, says, "Primitive Christianity, like Judaism, was distinguished from paganism by its unqualified monotheism." (page 912) This "unqualified monotheism" also distinguished the Christology of primitive Christianity from later Trinitarianism.
Since the Sahidic Coptic version pre-dates the 4th century, being dated in the late 2nd or early 3rd century, it is not surprising that it does not labor under the doctrine of the Trinity. Not only does the Coptic version refrain from identifying Jesus as God Almighty at John 1:1c. It also does not contain the Trinitarian addition at 1 John 5:7 ("these three are one"), nor speak of 'the church of God which he purchased with his own blood,' (Acts 20:28) nor does it say that 'God was manifested in the flesh.' (1 Timothy 3:16) Rather, it speaks of the "church of the Lord" and says merely "this one who" was manifested in the flesh at 1 Timothy 3:16, not "God." Nor does it contain the added words at John 3:13, "[the Son of man] who is in heaven," which incorrectly indicates that Jesus could be God in heaven and Man on earth at the same time. Instead, like the earliest extant Greek manuscript of the Gospel of John, the p66 [Papyrus Bodmer II], the Sahidic Coptic text omits that unauthorized addition.
Other renderings of the Sahidic Coptic version also corroborate the fact that early Christian Christology, while an exalted Christology, was 'unqualifiedly monotheistic,' not Trinitarian. The Coptic readings are theologically neutral and frequently very literal readings of the New Testament Greek text

Just saw this video........thanks for your presentation.
Love to make some comments just about the Holy Spirit....firstly I find these two verses very interesting that are describing Jesus words in the same situation but in two accounts - Matthew and Luke.
Mathew 12 :28 KJ - "But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you."
Luke 11:20 KJ - "But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you."
Here we see in Lukes account that the Holy Spirit that Matthew describes, is also described as Gods finger. This perfectly fits in with the Hebrew scriptures that describes Gods fingers in action accomplishing his will and works and in creation - Ex 31:18, Ex 8:19, Deut 9:10, Ps 8:3
Yes the magic practicing priests in Ex 8:18-19 were forced to admit that that the plagues on Egypt were an exhibition of Yahweh's superior power acknowledging "it is the finger of God!"
Therefore, it looks to me the Bible is simply saying (and interpreting itself) that the Holy spirit is Gods fingers or his power in action, that he uses and gives to others to use or be strengthened by, as he sees fit. It is not independent of him any more than our fingers are not independent of us on our hands. He allowed Jesus in the above verses to use his holy spirit to cast out demons. Then also to help and comfort the minds and hearts of his disciples up to now (as a side point If Jesus was God, he would not need the help of another person to do this, but he needs Gods Holy spirit - yes Gods finger to do what he did and is still doing from heaven for his disciples)
But here is a question ......
Q/ Did the ancient Israelites, the 1st Century Christians and writers and followers of Christ believed that the holy spirit was a person?
1/ Clearly Luke didn't think so as he referred to Gods Holy spirit as Gods finger and not to a person separate from God. Much like a craftsman’s hands cannot function independent of his mind and body; likewise, God’s holy spirit operates only as he directs it which is what Luke described as well as other Bible writers.
2/ It was first in the fourth century C.E. when some theologians claimed that the holy spirit was a person who was somehow equal to God. The Encyclopedia Britannica states: “The definition that the Holy Spirit was a distinct divine Person . . . came at the Council of Constantinople in ad 381.” So this was over 250 years after the last of the apostles had died. Yes this idea was not taught in the Scriptures or by the early followers of Christ. It came much later.
3/ The New Catholic Encyclopedia explains: “The Old Testament clearly does not envisage God’s spirit as a person neither in the strictly philosophical sense, nor in the Semitic sense. God’s spirit is simply God’s power. If it is sometimes represented as being distinct from God, it is because the breath of Yahweh acts exteriorly.” The same source adds: “The majority of New Testament texts reveal God’s spirit as something, not someone; this is especially seen in the parallelism between the spirit and the power of God.” Yes the the ancient Israelites (Gods people) never ever thought of Gods spirit as a person. Not one verse in the Hebrew scritpures give any hint of that at all.
4/ The Bible compares the holy spirit to water. When promising future blessings for his people, God said: “I shall pour out water upon the thirsty one, and trickling streams upon the dry place. I shall pour out my spirit upon your seed, and my blessing upon your descendants.”-Isaiah 44:3.
5/ In Theological Investigations, Karl Rahner, S.J., admits: “Θεός [God] is still never used of the Spirit,” and: “ὁ θεός [literally, the God] is never used in the New Testament to speak of the πνεῦμα ἅγιον [holy spirit].”-(Baltimore, Md.; 1961), translated from German, Vol. I, pp. 138, 143.
6/ Interestingly John the Baptizer said that Jesus would baptize with holy spirit, even as John had been baptizing with water. Hence, in the same way that water is not a person, holy spirit is not a person. What John foretold was fulfilled when, following the death and resurrection of Jesus, holy spirit was poured out on his followers gathered in Jerusalem. The Bible says: “They all became filled with holy spirit.” Were they “filled” with a person? No, but they were filled with God’s active force - Matt 3:11, Acts 2:4, Acts 2:17
7/ Nowhere in the Bible is the holy spirit mentioned with God and Christ as being equal to them. For instance, on the occasion of Jesus’ baptism, Mark 1:10 shows that the holy spirit came down upon Jesus “like a dove,” not in a human form or as a person. The holy spirit was not some person coming upon Jesus but was God’s power his active force. That power from God enabled Jesus to heal the sick and resurrect the dead. As Luke 5:17 says “And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them". Later, at Pentecost, the apostles also were given the power from God to heal the sick and raise the dead. Did that make them part of a triune godhead? No, they were simply given power from God, through Christ, to do what humans ordinarily could not do.
8/ After Jesus was resurrected, Stephen had a vision of heaven and “caught sight of God’s glory and of Jesus standing at God’s right hand.” So only two separate persons were in evidence in heaven: (1) God and (2) the resurrected Jesus Christ. No holy spirit is mentioned in this vision because it was not any third person of a Trinity. The holy spirit, being God’s active power, would proceed from God but not as a separate being. That is why Stephen saw only two persons, not three. - Acts 7:55
9/ Is the Holy spirit personified that gives it qualities like a person in a figurative way? Yes of course. The Bible also personifies wisdom, death, and sin. For example, wisdom is said to have works and children, and sin is depicted as seducing, killing, and working out covetousness. Similarly, when the apostle John quoted Jesus, he personified the holy spirit as a helper (greek - paraclete) that would give evidence, guide, speak, hear, declare, glorify, and receive. as it emanates from God himself. He used masculine personal pronouns such as “he” or “him” when referring to that “helper.” However, he did so because the Greek word for helper (pa·raʹkle·tos) is a masculine noun and requires a masculine pronoun according to the rules of Greek grammar. When John referred to the holy spirit using the neuter noun pneuʹma, he used the genderless pronoun "it" which he would never do if it was a person - John 16:7-15, John 14:16, 17. Proverbs 1:20; Romans 5:17, 21, Matthew 11:19; Luke 7:35; Romans 7:8, 11.
    Have a lovely day 😊

On its face the Trinity doctrine sits on the fence of polytheism, Modelism and Tri-theism while at its core it denies that Jesus Christ is truly the only begotten Son of the Living God, the only true God as Jesus stated in John 17:3-5.
To deny that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God is to deny both the Father and His Son as stated in 1 John 2:22-24.
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
    1 John 2:22‭-‬24 KJV
One thing I always love to ask Trinitarian's is this:
In John 20:21-22 while Jesus Christ was in the upper room with His Disciples did Jesus breathe "another person" on the Disciples or did He breathe His OWN Holy Spirit on the Disciples? To say anything other than His OWN Holy Spirit is to deny that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father and thus deny Jesus Christ is divine by nature of being the Son of God.
Examine the Trinity doctrine Creed thoroughly and it is easy to reject it as Unbiblical.

Think of how we perceive time: past, present, and future. The past and the future are concepts that we cannot experience, we only experience the present. It is the same with God becoming incarnate as Christ, because we cannot comprehend or interact directly with the Father or the Spirit without Christ as our mediator. He sent Christ as a mediator who could face sinners and serve as physical evidence of the presence of God. The 'present' of time is much like the presence of Christ. A tangible experience, rather than an abstract concept.

JESUS SAYS in Revelation 1:17 - 18 "Fear not; I AM THE FIRST AND THE LAST: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen" - so you know that JESUS IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST; There can be only ONE "First And The Last". God tells us that there are no other gods besides him. How then can Jesus be "a god" and sit with the Father on his throne?
If no other gods were created before him or after him (Isaiah 43:10), then how could Jesus be a created god?
Exodus 6:3 (King James Version) says: “And I APPEARED unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of GOD ALMIGHTY, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.” - who is this “JEHOVAH” whom the people of the Old Testament Time saw and worshipped as “GOD ALMIGHTY”? Answer: HE WAS THE “WORD” OF GOD who became “flesh” later! How can God The Father be the speaker of EXODUS 6:3 when JOHN 6:46 & JOHN 1:18 state that NO ONE HAD EVER SEEN GOD THE FATHER? JOHN 5:37 (ESV) “His voice you have never heard, his form you have never seen”.

Both examples you gave are proper, however you may be interested to know God's name so that you can draw closer to him as Jesus wanted us to do.

In John 17:17, Jesus talks to The Father about sanctifying through The Truth, but then says that The Word Of God Is The Truth
In 1 Peter 1:2, it talks about how The Holy Spirit sanctifies
So does that mean that Jesus Christ (The Word Of God Made Flesh) and The Holy Spirit are the same ?

      Christisoursaviour,
The Holy Spirit is the spirit of God The Father and Jesus. JOHN14:23 - JESUS SAID "I AND MY FATHER WILL COME AND DWELL IN YOU" - HOW? ANSWER: AS THE HOLY SPIRIT. John 14:16 (KJV) "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you".
YOU STATED "so doesn't that mean that He can be in multiple places at the same time?" - SURELY. John 3:13 "And no man hath ascended up to Heaven but He that came down from Heaven, the Son of Man WHO IS IN HEAVEN" (note that some Bibles have removed the words "He who is in Heaven"). Check online - Abarim Publications' free online interlinear (Greek/English) New Testament. NOTE that Jesus was here telling that He is both on earth and Heaven at the same time! That is, He is in Heaven as God The Father YHWH and on earth as Jesus (YHWH in the flesh form). WATER CAN BECOME ICE OR VAPOUR, BUT IT IS STILL WATER!
Genesis 19:24 "Then YHWH made it rain sulfur and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah - it came from YHWH, from the heavens". WHO WAS THE YHWH ON EARTH, AT THE SAME TIME? Remember that no one had ever seen God The Father (scripture states), so who was THIS YHWH ON EARTH whom the people of that time saw and worshiped as God? Answer: He was "The Word Of God". The final form "The Word of God" took was as Jesus so as to become the sacrificial lamb to pay the penalty for the sin committed by Adam & Eve. BY THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, "THE WORD BECAME FLESH". THE BIBLE CLEARLY SHOWS/STATES THAT JESUS IS GOD THE FATHER (in his Glorified Body, now in Heaven) AND BEING "THE ARM" OF GOD, HE IS THE CREATOR.

@@itapinfomaps6233 Why are these verses a problem for the trinity if you look harmoniously at all the verses of the bible together? You don't look at 1 verse and disregard all the others.
      Let give you an example:
You said John 14:28 where Jesus says 'My Father is greater than I'
      Incarnation explains this:
Hebrews 2:9 Speaks of Jesus being humbled below even the angels in his humanity
Phillipians 2:5-9 Jesus is humbled to the status of a bondslave in incarnation
Also In Same chapter on John 14 jesus says in verse 14 that he answers prayers, last time i checked if someone is able to answer prayers he has to have all the Omni attributes which makes him just as much as God as the Father. u assume 'greater than i' is referring to essence it can just refer to role.
Yet Jesus In Mark 14:62 and Matthew 26:64 quotes from Daniel 7:13-14 a passage referring to his universal worship beside the Father and applies it to himself and the jews reply and say this is blasphemy. In John 5:22 Jesus is the final Judge, In Joel 3:12 God is final Judge, In James 4:12 only God judges, In John 5:23 Jesus says for all to honour him the same way you honour the Father. John 1:1-18 says 'In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, the Word was God and became flesh' John 8:58 Jesus says 'before abraham was i am' in Gospels jesus forgives sins yet in Micah 7:18-19 that is a divine function that only God alone can do. In Revelation 1:17, 2:8 Jesus is First and Last yet in Isaiah 44:6 and 48:12 God in old testament is first and last. In Revelation 5:11-15 Jesus is the Worthy Lamb who was slain who is universally worshipped beside the Father fulfilling what is stated in daniel 7:13-14, Furthermore in Revelation 22:13 it says about Jesus saying these words 'I am the First and the Last, Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and the End.' Explain how he can say that if he is not Almighty God Please No Creature can say what he just said there he is clearly God.
Also you quote John 17:3 but how can you reconcile this with verses like Titus 2:13 that indicate that this verse isn't in exclusion to the Son or Spirit. Isaiah 9:6 says there is a Son of God to be born whose name is the Mighty God, Micah 5:2 says the Messiah is to preexist and his origin is of ancient and everlasting, In John 17:5 it furthermore states that the Father shares his Glory with his Son Christ. So how does it make sense that In John 17:3 Jesus is denying his absolute deity, could it not instead mean the Father is the only true God in contrast to the world not in exclusion the Son and Spirit since that would contradict the rest of the bible
Also u quote verses where Jesus has a God in which case in Jeremiah 32:27 it does say God is God over all flesh and in John 1:14 jesus became flesh but how can you reconcile this with all the verses where jesus is said to be God?
Even Hebrews 1:8-12 read the Father's testimony about the Son
8 But about the Son he says,
      “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever;
a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.
      9 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy.”[a]
      10 He also says,
“In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth,
and the heavens are the work of your hands.
      11 They will perish, but you remain;
they will all wear out like a garment.
      12 You will roll them up like a robe;
like a garment they will be changed.
      But you remain the same,
and your years will never end.”[b]
Zechariah 12:10 says YHWH would be pierced how can an immaterial God be pierced unless he takes on a body
Zechariah 2:7-12 says YHWH will live beside his people
Genesis 19:24 differentiates 2 persons of YHWH even before the shema
Phillipians 2:9-11 All Knees will buckle and all tongues shall confess that Jesus is Lord to the Glory of God the Father is something that is applied to God alone in old testament.
John 10:30 'I and the Father are one' In Verse 28 Jesus says he has his sheep and none deliver out of his hand, In Deuteronomy 32:39 YHWH has his sheep and none deliver out of his hand, So 'I and the Father are one' is saying the Son and Father share same nature.
Also the theophany's of the Pre-eexistent logos malach Christ Jesus in the Old testament show Gods multipersonal nature (Genesis 16, 18, 22, 31, 19:24, Exodus 3, Judges 2 Etc.)

Even though in Elizabethan English, it was correct to use the simple one and the future simple tense of the to be verb, in modern English it should be the present continuous. In other words, it is what is happening right then and there. How? Because of the word of God Dash Christ Dash being imported to her. This is because the Holy Spirit travels through, and with the word of God, who is Christ
Here’s another factor to keep in mind: when we talk about the spirit proceeding from the father, through the son, we are talking about the eternal reality. However, as two things in the temporal, fallen world, things are not so simple. For this, the spirit causes the word of God to be spoken, and yet is through that same word that the spirit expands his presence . But the spirit is not able to be in there in the first place without having first come through the word of God.

Another example of this is in Matthew 28, which is common fly translated, “Go and make disciples of all nations,” but the Greek actually reads, “After you depart this place, disciple the nations…”. Or another one is to translate what should read, “to the age of the ages” as “forever and ever.” Another one is to drop the definite article, where the Greek reads in Ephesians 2:8, “You are saved by The Grace through The Faith…”
Anyway, the Greek Fathers who risked their lives to get the doctrine of the Trinity accurate already went through all these gifts. The Spirit proceeds from the Father, but not directly from the Father lest the Son cease to be The only Begotten, but through the Son.

So as we know the word "person" is defined by the relationship/interaction with other person, I am a different person from you, because we can have interactions or relations with each other, and the Bible also explains that Jesus had interaction with the Holy spirit and the Father which means they are all distinct persons, but they are all still one God?? Yes!
We know in the Bible that God is Spirit, so maybe what the Bible trying to tell is:
God is Spirit, and God is one, so God's Spirit is one and the same, but God is three different Persons too, because they can interact and have a relationship with each other, but these three persons have the same spirit, and they themselves are that spirit because God is spirit and God is ONE!!!

I am more confused than ever. The Trinity has never made sense to me. Life eternal is to know God, but how can he be knowable with this mystery of the Trinity? If they are distinct persons then they are not one Spirit. My feeling is that Christians try so hard to not deviate from what the Bible says is varied and so the Trinity explanation was a man-made construct to make it all fit. How about this… God is our Father. We are in kind with him so we look like Him. He has a literal Son, who we knew as Jehovah before he was born on earth and was called Jesus after birth. The Holy Spirit… well we know His role but not His identity and relationship to the Father. Three different persons that are so one in purpose that we refer to them collectively as God. I personally don’t believe the Father saved me from my sins, His Son did. Should I worship the Father, the Son or the Holy Ghost? The Father, of course. But I believe all three are the bread Godhead, so by default, dispute what the Bible says, we are polytheists. Does this go against what the Bible says? Genesis 1: God (Elohim-a plural word) created the Heavens and the Earth. Seems there are more than one God in the creation… anyway, my point… could God the Fatger and Christ be in the same room at the same time. Could you hug each one of them or does Christ have something the Father doesn’t-a body? That doesn’t make sense to me. Why would the Son have something the Father doesn’t?

@@mdcarson Living is not only to know God, but to have a relationship with him! In the Exodus the Israelites were frightened by God's power and that is why they worshiped Him. It seems that even God doesn't like the idea that people worship him out of fear of him, God wants us to worship him out of love, respect, and honor! After all, according to Christianity that is the true meaning of worship is. Now imagine if God really revealed himself fully to humanity. How are we going to love God especially with this body on earth? Basically you are asking God for something that you yourself are unable to accept!
The fact that we don't understand the Trinity proves that it is not just a man-made idea. If this was man-made you'd be wondering why we don't make it easier! Also in the Tanakh (old testament) God is described as one with attributes such as having wisdom, but sometimes God's wisdom is described as God Himself. In other words, the Trinity has existed since the Old Testament, even tho the Old Testament usually emphasizes that there is only one God! And the idea that the word elohim proves that there are many Gods is wrong! The word elohim is an abstract plural word, like sheep, it can refer to many sheep or one sheep! Also if there are many Gods then the verse where God claims to be one shows that he is a liar!?
Btw, Jesus' name before becoming human was YHWH not jehovah
now allow me to respond to your confusion! Do the Father, Son and Holy Spirit can exist in the same room together? Yes! In Daniel's vision he explains he saw two figures sitting on a throne, the "son of men" and the "ancinet of days" (The Father) so yes! But does this prove there are two Gods? No! Because I told you God is spirit! And if God is spirit and one, then these two figures are in fact the same being, God, who is spirit. They are distinguished based on their distinct consciousness! and because I don't want to repeat myself... I'll skip the second question. You can answer it yourself by understanding my first answer. Now if you have any questions in your head “Why does God need to have 3 different consciousnesses, why does he need to exist as three distinct person?” my respond would be...he doesn't need it, he has been like that since Eternity, God is multi-personal and not unitarian like his creation!!!

I think that when Jesus says "God is Spirit" he is talking more about the fact God is nonmaterial in His essence (and therefore only way to worship God, it is: the Father, is to worship Him in Truth, the Son, and in the Spirit)... though it's true that there are attributes that are common for all persons of the Trinity. (For this reason, the Father is the Creator, the Son is the Creator, and the Spirit is the Creator... yet there are not three Creators but only One Creator.) It's also a bit problematic to use the term 'person' as it is used in earthly context, because from our perspective there is no actual difference between "person" and "being". We should also avoid the other pole and saying that one God has three different roles or titles (Greek word for 'person' is _prosopon,_ literally meaning 'face' or 'mask', so such belief arises too easily). Both of these two are heresies - first one leads to tritheism and the latter one is called Modalism. True God is one being, yet three persons. Absolute unity, yet absolute multiplicity... Someone has used an analogy of love that is lived out with one's will, mind/reason, and feelings/intentions - yet there are no three loves or three lovers, but only one "three-stringed" love

@@mdcarson Knowing God and understanding Him are two slightly different things. Even if God was not the Trinity (though that's only reasonable explanation for some details), He would still stay as eternal mystery to us. We grow to know Him better step by step, but we never can grasp everything about Him. That's the fact of reality. But eternal life is not just about learning to know things about God, and not even just about building the relationship with God, but also about growing in the likeness of God and partaking in God's life... some people call this "deification", though it does not mean people would become little gods (as some falsely believe).
The doctrine of Trinity is not some fancy detail, but it is literally the core doctrine of Christianity, beside the doctrines regarding Jesus' incarnation and His death and the resurrection. These three dogmas are imperatives, and everything else abides in these three. If any of these is false, we live still in our sins and our faith is in vain, and we are the most pitiful people on the earth. Our salvation is possible only when Jesus is truly God (of one essence with the Father), truly incarnated and became man, truly died on the cross, and truly rose from the dead.
It seems that you think about God and the Trinity in most parts like Mormons do... and they are heretics on this issue; their doctrine is tritheism instead of the Trinity. There is only one God, Yahweh, and this one God is Triune (meaning that the Father is Yahweh, the Son is Yahweh, and the Holy Spirit is Yahweh). There is only one divine nature/essence/substance, namely one being, yet three distinct persons (or "hypostasis"). God is not our literal Father. We are created, not begotten. We are *by grace* (at least that's how things were meant to be) what Jesus (who is the only begotten Son) is *by nature.* And since Jesus is the image of invisible God [the Father], existing in the form of God, we are created in the image and the likeness of Jesus Christ too. The Son is also called by title "the Angel of Yahweh" in the Tanakh, and is also known as the Logos (Word) of God. And as the Son is begotten of the Father, the Holy Spirit proceeds hypostatically from the Father alone, though to the world He proceeds through the Son. And though the word for God in the Tanakh is *ELOHIM* the verb that follows it is always in singular form (like *_"b'reshiit bara Elohim"_* in Gen. 1:1) - this way the Bible declares already in the very first verse that God is unity in multiplicity, one being and at least three persons.
And since the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one in essence, all worship happens to the Father through the Son in the Holy Spirit. As it is written, we are to worship God [the Father] in the Spirit and in Truth. Practically it doesn't matter which person of the Godhead is worshipped - when you worship one divine person, you worship the whole Trinity. Inversely it can be said that "Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father, the one who confesses the Son has the Father also". Similarly wherever one person of the Godhead is present and working, there is the whole Trinity, working together in accordance with the divine economy.

I don't believe that God send prophets to confuse us, but to clarify His oneness. From Adam to Moses, the message was clear: God is one, without any Trinity. The Holy Spirit is simply God's own spirit, the means through which He communicates with prophets. Then Jesus reinforced this message, stating that the Father (same god of previous prophets) alone is the true God, greater than himself. The Trinity concept emerged much later, after Jesus' time, leading many Christians astray from the original message of monotheism.

They are separate beings, one in purpose, with the Father at the head. They are not the literal same entity. That is a false doctrine that was not taught by Jesus or the apostles, but was debated and voted on hundreds of years later as part of the Nicene Creed. The false doctrine of the trinity is a stumbling block to modern Christianity. It is clear that they are separate beings in moments such as when Jesus addresses the Father. He called him Abba, or Papa, an intimate evidence of the relationship between a Father and Son. The holy spirit descended on Jesus in the form of a dove at his baptism, while the voice of God the Father was heard in that same moment. They are separate beings yet united in their purpose of bringing salvation to God's children. If you pray earnestly concerning this matter, the spirit will make the truth known to you. Truth has infinite depth, but is also able to be made simple so that even a child can understand it. The trinity doctrine is non-intuitive and elusive, and I've never met anyone who can say they actually understand it. A truth as basic as the fundamental nature of God is one that we should be able to understand. There is God, the father of our spirits, Jesus, his first born, and the holy spirit whose job is to spread God's knowledge and light to all of the Father's children. Pray for knowledge and understanding and the truth will be revealed to you. Don't put your faith in the doctrines of men.

Or are you gonna say that God of the Tanakh is actually Satan, like some people try to claim? Christians have taught and believed at last since the days of St Ignatius of Antioch (who knew personally and was a disciple of apostles Peter, Paul and John) that Jesus is literally and truly God, consubstantial with God the Father and called "the Logos of God". This is more like 200 years before the council of Nicaea.
The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are separate hypostasis (or persons), not separated beings; for there cannot be three eternal, omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent beings, just like there cannot be three Creators, no three Kings nor three Lords.

He also claimed to be eternal. Everyone has a mother and father. His earthly mother was Mary, and to make it clear who he is, he told everyone his father is God the Father. He claimed to be one with the father. He claimed to be the messiah and was given authority to judge. Read John chapter 10.

Did you know that in John 1:1-3, there are different Greek words for both Gods mentioned?
The Word, Jesus, (Λόγος or Logos), was with God (Θεόν, or Theon).
The Word was God (Θεὸς, or Theos).
He, Jesus, was in the beginning with God (Θεόν, Theon).
Even though these are different cases of the same word, they are nevertheless differentiated.
Satan was also called θεὸς, or Theos at 2 Corinthians 4:4.
      Is Satan also God?
Don’t know Greek? Neither do I.
Let’s break this down a little further shall
      we?
In the beginning was the word (Jesus, Son of God), and the word (Jesus, Son of God) was with God (Almighty God, God the Father), and the word (Jesus, Son of God) was God (Almighty God, God the Father)?
No matter how you put it, it doesn’t make sense!!
What does make sense is that Jesus, being in the beginning with God (Genesis 1:26, John 1:1), in fact being God’s very first creation (Colossians 1:15, Proverbs 8:22, Revelation 3:14), actually calls God his God and worships God the Father. (Revelation 3:12, John 20:17)

That just shows how awesome God is. I like how Sam explained that is God is a true God, then He must be unique and being a triune God does that! Nothing in this Earth is like God. Sure, we are created by His image but we still can’t comprehend Him. It’s like God is in the 4th dimension and no matter how hard we try, we as a 3rd dimension being will never fully understand God.

    1. EUSEBIUS (C. 260-C. 340) was the Bishop of Caesarea and is known as “the Father of Church History.” Although he wrote prolifically, his most celebrated work is his Ecclesiastical History, a history of the Church from the Apostolic period until his own time. Today it is still the principal work on the history of the Church at that time. Eusebius quotes many verses in his writings, and Matthew 28:19 is one of them. He never quotes it as it appears today in modern Bibles, but always finishes the verse with the words “IN MY NAME.” For example, in Book III of his History, Chapter 5, Section 2, which is about the Jewish persecution of early Christians, we read:
But the rest of the apostles, who had been incessantly plotted against with a view to their destruction, and had been driven out of the land of Judea, went unto all nations to preach the Gospel, relying UPON THE POWER OF CHRIST, WHO HAD SAID TO THEM, “GO YE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL THE NATIONS IN MY NAME.”
Again, in his Oration in Praise of Emperor Constantine, Chapter 16, Section 8, we read:
What king or prince in any age of the world, what philosopher, legislator or prophet, in civilized or barbarous lands, has attained so great a height of excellence, I say not after death, but while living still, and full of mighty power, as to fill the ears and tongues of all mankind with the praises of his name? Surely none save our only Saviour has done this, when, after his victory over death, he spoke the word to his followers, and fulfilled it by the event, saying to them, “GO YE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS IN MY NAME.”
Eusebius was present at the council of Nicaea and was involved in the debates about Arian teaching and whether Christ was God or a creation of God. We feel confident that if the manuscripts he had in front of him read “in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,” he would never have quoted it as “in my name.” Thus, we believe that the earliest manuscripts read “IN MY NAME,” and that the phrase was enlarged to reflect the orthodox position as Trinitarian influence spread.
    MATTHEW 28
17 AND WHEN THEY SAW HIM, THEY WORSHIPED HIM; BUT SOME DOUBTED.
18 AND JESUS CAME AND SPOKE UNTO THEM SAYING “ALL POWER IS GIVEN UNTO ME IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH.
HAVING READ THAT JESUS SAID THE ABOVE VERSES TO HIS DISCIPLES; ARE YOU STUPID ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THAT JESUS “THE NAME ABOVE ALL NAMES” WOULD TELL THE DISCIPLES TO BAPTISE IN THE NAME OF AN IDOL OF THREE IN ONE.

THAT BLESSING THEY RECEIVE IS A SCAM.
    ACTS 4
12 NEITHER IS THERE SALVATION IN ANY OTHER: FOR THERE IS NONE OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN GIVEN AMONG MEN, WHEREBY WE MUST BE SAVED.

God is a title, yet monotheists use that title to refer to one single being. There are no three Gods, no three Kings, no three Lords, no three Creators. And each person of Trinity is not 1/3 of God either. There is only one King, Lord and Creator: Triune Yahweh - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, one holy undivided and unconfused God.

    Augustinian explanation of the Trinity
1 John 4:8 God is love. Love cannot exist in an abstract vacuum by itself, as St Augustine says, there must be a beloved. In order for there to be an eternal father, the son had to be that eternal beloved. A finite creature could not have paid an infinite sacrifice with a finite disposition of love. The Holy Spirit is the perfectly reciprocated union of everlasting love between the father and son. It’s like a supernaturally self contained circuit. God had to always love at all times, or else it implies that God did not love at some point in the past and can cease to love at some point in the future. God’s love cannot be contingent on finite beings.
