Easy Bread Recipe

This is my go-to bread recipe. So far, this recipe works for every bread maker I have owned.
Here it is!
Odd Jobs Easy Bread
Ingredients
1-1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp salt (optional, adjust for taste)
1 tsp sugar (optional, adjust for taste)
Directions
All ingredients are added to the baking pan.
Add water to the yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add butter and oil.
Add flour, salt and sugar.
Set machine for fastest bread cycle and press start.
Allow bread to sit 10 minutes in machine after baking is complete before removing bread.
Allow bread to cool on rack before serving.
