    I know several people who have done many things that are federal agents!!
    Be patient, control your breathing, be nervous, dont admit, keep direct eye contact, always respond in the same tone, and know, I am not taking this test!
    When challenged after, never admit to anything they say you failed on unless you know you didnt fail on it!!
    A second test maybe needed with the same results depending, it will again support your results even if its 3 to 5 years later!!
    Its not reliable and is as correct as a K-9!

    I enlisted in the Army right out of high school. My recruiter recommended that I lie about a medical condition I had as a child, even though I had paperwork to show that I no longer had the condition, so I didn't risk being denied. I was later discharged because I did go ahead and lie to get in, and my DD214 lists my discharge due to faulty enlistment. It seems to me that this would be a mark against the "honesty" requirement you spoke of, but I'm wondering if you have any thoughts as to whether or not I'd still be able to join a federal agency. Thanks.

    • @federallawenforcementcaree9900
      @federallawenforcementcaree9900  3 года назад +4

      Was your discharge a result of Moment of Truth admission? You may have been discharged due to erroneous enlistment. Fraudulent enlistment is a different matter. That would be a determination that you withheld pertinent material. It would also matter as to which agency you are applying for, etc.

    • @EndlngAnthem

      Recruiters have recruits lie fairly often to get into military service. A large portion of BI's I did for a recruit resulted in a recruiter write up. All you can do is apply and see what happens. Agency suitability is separate from being cleared. Your case could probably be mitigated since you were a high school graduate who followed the guidance of your recruiter, at 18 years old, but the agency may still deem you unsuitable.
