I would love to use an ultra wide for my 4090. But 1440x3440 isn't sharp enough in my opinion. It's hard to go back from 16:9 2160p. I think I will dive into it when 4k ultra wide is a real thing
if you are already 4k, going down would be pointless. it is just a matter of better clarity vs immersion. but man i have to tell you i have a 1440p UW it is quite an experience with maxed out graphics from my 4090. if u have a chance for 4k UW go for it u absolutely wont regret it. i only worry about the 4090 having trouble handling all those pixels from 5120 x 2160 resolution and the frames going down crazy even if dlss is used.
I enjoy the extended FOV for games. It is way more immersive. I also play my PC games in my bedroom via an HDBASET and the TV in the bedroom is a 65in 4K, so when I'm relaxing in bed gaming I get to enjoy 4k!
You popped up on my feed! Subbd
