Super video taking me back to the late 1970’s when I owned and operated a mf500 combine. 70 acres done easily all underway 16% moisture. Did 15 acres in one day easily. Time moves on.
@@RoryTrackrod Good to know its saved but seeing it there doing the job it was designed for was very pleasant, remember when they were common with 525s etc. Sounded nice too. The replacement 530 is a bit of a rarity I don't think I've ever seen one, the 525 and 625 seemed the common ones

I was raised on massey and still love it today...👍👍
Lovely clip, great camera work....
This machine, now 50 years old and has successfully completed the 2015 harvest, is to be featured in next month "Classic Tractor" magazine.
What a great video. All you need now is a nice 175 with a Massey (Weeks) trailer to pull along side..!!!
My Dad had a 510 with a Perkins Diesel engine. A later model that had interchangeable headers.
Question is, Do you still have the machine working in 2021?
It was sold to a collector and replaced with this one. ruclips.net/video/WT6TJxC8yDU/видео.html
@@RoryTrackrod I'm guessing that A Mr Chapman from South Norfolk /North Suffolk bought it?
Colin and Anne, I think if memory serves correctly.
