CR: Perpendicular to the midscapular area. 2 inches inferior to the coracoid at the "squishy"
Breathing: slow, shallow breathing to obliterate lung detail
Patient Position: Patent in true AP with the scapula in the midline of the grid. Abduct the arm to a right angle with the body
