I have a question to you about a embroidery file. I was copying my embroidery files and transferring to a flash drive and taking it to my 1055x machine. It has a question mark, not recognizing the file. What do I do?

Hi Norma, not sure what the ? means. You can transfer the designs wirelessly.

I was doing an embroidery and noticed the thread got bunch up on the bobbin. So I removed the frame which wasn't easy to do. You also mention a tool to use for easy removal. Thanx for that suggestion. That's another tool I need to invest. ;) After looking through the manual I found where I can go back where I needed to be done. This was the 2nd time this happen and I know I took a picture but I couldn't find the picture to see what was the process to fix the problem.
