- Hello, in this cooking video we're making a delicious, healthy, and quick food. This healthy meal can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 small onion
- Green bell pepper to taste
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- Seasonings: salt, black pepper, and Pul Biber (optional)
Recipe:
1. Dice the onion and sauté it in a pan for 1 minute.
2. Chop the green bell pepper and sauté for about 1 minute as well.
Note: You can use any type of pepper.
3. Chop the 3 tomatoes and add them to the pan.
4. Cover the pan and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add the salt, black pepper, and Pul Biber. Mix well.
6. Crack 4 eggs into the pan and sprinkle a bit of salt over the eggs.
7. Cover the pan and let the dish cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Enjoy this easy and healthy breakfast with some fresh lemon.
