I used to work for a company that managed some of the most expensive rental properties on the planet in London
One of the contracts we had, used to rent out Hi Value Apartments, Houses and Mansions for corporate and party stuff for a few days , a night maybe 2 weeks , short term renting. Some of the Mansions they had would be more expensive to rent than in this video, and they would not have cost $100'000.
I would expect a weekend in Mansion like that to cost between $20'000 -$40'000
the rest of the money is probably on other stuff.(activities , food etc)
Nothing to do with this video , but we had another contract that was long term rentals. They had 2 tiers of property.
Top tier and "Budget"
"Budget" was UP TO £50'000 a month (about $70'000 a month), thats the limit of the "Low Cost " tier , fucking insane.
Some of them cost over £1million and more.
Members of the Royal family, Shieks,Middle Eastern Princes, Investment Bankers, Diamond merchants, etc etc etc, would rent these places out. as another Home (many of these people had 5 -10 or even more than that, places like this around the world, some they owned some they leased. Like a place in NY, up market, expensive NY, Tokyo, London, Paris etc etc etc
I Once had to tell a member of a Middle Easter Royal family no I could not fill out his Council tax for him, he did not like that, not sure he has ever heard the word no in his life.
My job was to sort maintenance on the properties when they got messed up. People would report issues to me and I would send out the specific teams to fix it
