Rollback! 😃 Yes! Great job showing the functions of your grader. I like the old rigid frame machines. Old timers around here have always called them "knuckle busters" because of the rough gear mesh. Glad to see you getting something done. I need to get back at it. Take care *TMN* 🔧🔩
Yep old knuckle buster lol I’m glad I never had to run a grader that old. I had a John Deere 772 D and let me tell you that was a hell of a grading machine…….till you found mud😂
Thanks for the grader lesson. If you're willing, it would be interesting to hear more about the business of salvage. Maybe a short video in the future with an overview? What's a normal day like? Walk-in or mail-order customers? Constant churn or do you specialize in hard to find stuff? Is there a certain sector of the biz that is your bread and butter? I am amazed at how many of these vehicles seem to run and operate well. Very cool to see!
I'll keep that in mind for next time. I would have left it in for this one but the audio was so poor for most of the shots I just muted it. Next time I'll concentrate more on mic placement.
Over the weekend, another channel had the same machine. (Salvage something). He claimed the pony engine went where your batteries are. He could use some guidance from you on this machine. Doc Martin.

Yes you do! I keep waiting patiently for a new one to drop. 😄

@@Thecasey34 you've been missing out running that fancy new stuff. (Missing out on arthritis and hearing aids down the road 😄).
@@themaskednebraskan I need the hearing aids for sure😂 but yeah your right these new graders are fancy they almost run themselves anymore
This is a great video. I didn't like the part when you said Junk Yard, ha. Also great to see a fellow Husker. Keep the videos coming.
Thanks! I'll try and keep my comments about my back yard in check 😅
@@themaskednebraskan back yard sounds better already. 😆

I'll see what I can put together, that's going to take a little planning to pull off.
I love those 99E's they were good graders
Lots of cool old junk out there I could have a ton of fun there
great video! i've always wondered about some of the exact things you mentioned in this video. Thanks!
Engine noise is always better than music to most of the people that watch these sort of videos.

Doc Martin.
Thanks, I'll see if I can find his video when I get a minute.
Was that the possum van from the Red Green show @9:56?
Good eye! That's what it's supposed to look like, I painted it up like that for a burnout competition
Thats been started in the last 4 months if it has 12 volts.....No way its been sitting for years and holds almost 12 volts..
