    Sanaga Guggillu is a traditional Andhra dish that combines boiled chickpeas with a vibrant mix of spices and herbs. This flavorful snack is both nutritious and satisfying, making it a perfect addition to your tea-time repertoire or as a side dish for a festive meal.     Ingredients:
    1 cup chickpeas (sanaga)
    2 tablespoons oil ( peanut oil)
    1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
    2 red chilies
    1 onion
    Salt to taste
    Instructions:
    Preparation of Ingredients:
    Soak chickpeas overnight and cook them with pinch of salt.
    In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
    Add cumin seeds, followed by the chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
    Lower the heat and add red chilies. Stir quickly to avoid burning the spices.
    Add the cooked chickpeas to the pan, mixing well to coat them evenly with the spices. Add the salt now.
    Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Remove from heat.
    Garnish with freshly chopped onions, and squeeze a lemon . Serve warm or at room temperature as a snack or side dish.
