This jam was playing on my Walkman all the way across Europe during the summer of '91! I have this version on a German CD-single, but there's way too much scuff damage to play it.
The speech was actually from Khalid Abdul Muhammad. It appeared in Public Enemy's "Night Of The Living Bassheads" and that's probably where this track sampled it from.
Love listening back to tracks from my childhood that would wipe the floor with 99% of the crap that gets released today
28 years later and still one. Of the greatest remixes of all time. Bruce, you taught us all with this banger. 🙌

The best of all mixes as I remember it on the deep heat compilation.
Definitely all about this remix. Fantastic.
Bruce Forrest was so inspired, clearly way ahead of the original mix.

Best piano riff ever in dance music
Best tune ever for me
B🔊ig up the likes on this one!
Nice mix by the great Bruce Forest! But, IMHO the Hip House Remix is by far superior! Of course, it's a matter of personal taste at the end.
