It's a podcast. Not a studio album. It can be recorded however they get it done. Unless there's serious scripted or musical content, there's little need to fix it. It would ne nice, maybe more polished/professional if you want, I agree. But is it really necessary? Probably not.

Chris and Deon must not be homeowners in a neighborhood that has an HOA. We've had issues over the past five years of people parking cars on the street. They block driveways, drip oil, and bring down the appearance of the neighborhood.
