Idk if LEGO games have changed in the last few years or anything but all I want from a lego game is more chances to look badass and shit like I want a level up system for characters and for characters to have there own combos and there own supers And not have the whole puzzle and building aspect of the game ruin the potential of extreme combat and potentially epic boss fights and have open world exploitation that’s fairly fast pace but that’s just my opinion I had marvel super heroes 2 with my friend and me and him got bored of the game cause of the combat system and it didn’t really give a sense of hype
Level up doesn't seem like it would fit in a Lego game The reason why the combat is basic is because it's meant for little children, plus the puzzle and building are core aspects of the Lego games You're basically asking for a generic game, removing things that make Lego gamrs different
So you would like all the uniqueness to be removed and replaced with generic senseless action like 75% of the market already is? These games are rated E for a reason, and have their own charm. The goal isn't to fight some massive souls game boss or be an 80s action badass, it's to have an adventure with lego and humorous moments. The games play like a cartoon because that's the point.
