One thing, um the server tommy is playing in is an smp, which stands for survival multiplayer. And in their server they cant tp eachother unless they have op i think AND in other not so smp smps, You cant teleport someone to someone unless, again their op, BUT you can ask them to tpa to you by doing /tpahere (in the server i play thats how idk-) and /tpa to ask someone to let u tp to thrm
