Tough interview. He's so honest, humble & accountable. It's hard not to be in his situation. The good thing for him with all these platforms is that if he decides to focus on himself he can figure out a way to monetize his legendary status. Book deal, documentary, motivational speaking etc.. It's not over for him. He just has to get over his fear of success as Kenny described in Soul in the Hole.

This guy really inspired me he played with Kenny kings and he really was nice no 🧢 I’m 38 years old from Texas.. Him and Skip had a lot of charisma with that round ball..Streets with eat you up and spit you out.. I fucked up in my life too but once you are down only way to go is up and always put your kids first and be the dad you didn’t have.. Love you bro and you don’t even know me but I been knowing you since I was a kid with hoop dreams.
Flip do a documentary for this man. Shine that light on him. Great clip
As a former standout athlete who never made it, this interview hit home!

Deadass said that 😂👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
One of the realest interviews I ever saw...when I saw him play back in the days I was AMAZED....he was on a level on his own with that pill...all those and 1 moves came from him mainly....sad story but time to turn a negative into a positive. Hold yo head bro we can’t change yesterday but we can reach for better today and God willing tomorrow! Make things right through your grandchildren be there for them teach them!
Aaa man if boogz was make a documentary, write book with some pictures of him doing his thing at soul in hole, the rucker aka ebc, west 4 st aka the cage , tilary park , leffery Gardens n other various touraments that he played in not mention showing scences of him flashing his brillance at Arizona junior college aka yuma & his sports illastrated Cover of him dropping 1 of his famous dimes 2 his teamate that would be simply amazing
There’s a lot of street legends like this over the world that was better than NBA players but the streets got em. Sad but that’s how it go. Booger was that dude BK NYC

True
This was a tough one to watch this hit deep emotional, life is hard God bless u. 🇮🇪
He gave the realest & best advice we all know would have gave us way better results.
-stay In School
-respect your elders
-stay focused
-& dont be a follower
But to young niggas all that shit sound so lame. But u would really make some major shit happen if u follow those..
"Youth is wasted on the young"
It ain’t about it “sounding lame”. A lot of these young niggas ain’t got guidance to begin with. Older niggas don’t even try to help these young dudes these days. Y’all always on young niggas backs but don’t even attempt to give a helping hand.
@@FleeGunnaRiich to far too many, it actually is about it sounding lame. Including myself.
To far too many tho, they don't have proper guidance. & the fact is alotta kids that was "the lame nigga" when we was kids, they made a decent life for themselves. I got bros that never stopped going back I
& forth to the inside, cause they wasn't tryna hear that shit, if it wasn't gangsta gangsta they wasn't interested. & now that we older they'll tell u themselves "I was wilin', I was stupid, I was playin football in the Penn, I wish I realized how much I liked it & played when we was in school" all types of different shit....
If I say something about young niggas being hard headed, I'm not excluding myself, cause we were them.
Dam flip you a real one just this 30 minute is very touching man I hope boogersmith know he a LEGEND man and it's never to late to re create and re invent a new life and a new focus .... SALUTE TO U FLIP AND G MONEY for helping him realize he has an opportunity to be great again
I respect him not blaming his mother we all make our own decisions good or bad every man or women is responsible for their own merit in life salute bk forever
You are everything for this... Every mistake can be forgiving and after hearing this it’s def. open for an open convo. I will continue to pray for you and your daughter for healing God is greater then all 🙌🏾

RESPECT BOOGER, FOR BEING A MAN AND OWNING IT.
Watching him shed his tears ,makes it hit home so much more . It’s tough seeing one of the illest players break down like that . That’s real raw emotion and feelings . Thanks for the upload ..👍🏾
Flip went from being considered a trolling clown to becoming the intervention of the Culture where he seemingly gets the most organic and genuine side of the guests and the interviews in the Purest form
Wow this was incredible. This some of the realest shyt I’ve ever seen on a podcast. Y’all uplifted this brother. He took accountability for his mistakes and you know he wanted to do more and do better. Y’all encouraged him to push forward and let the past go. Shout out to booger and shout out to the show. You gonna bounce back booger!!!!
Ok Flip. This is the Flip that we wanna see, the real you. And don’t be happy and throw this around if he reunites with his daughter. That’s clout chasing.
You embraced a broken man who’s lost in his failures. I’m proud of you.
This is the best ever interview ever .
I understand from a far and his words .
Amazing interview. Probably my fav.. Booger a hoop legend.. Big Blessings
Beautiful interview. This touched my soul. A lot of times life humbles us. But wisdom comes with that. The wisdom is what we have to give to our young ones. 💯👍🏽
Mad luv to Booger 🙏🏾🙏🏾 we all got a story !! Salute flip and G$ for this 💪🏾💪🏾
Hands down,
Booger was the BEST Street baller in the 90s. His handle & tricks was like no other. 🙏🏾 Continue Blessings 🏀
🙏🏾🗣Watahhh🥋☯️
This man kept getting me teary. He definitely seems like he was a crappy person in the past but seems so humble now. I'm glad Flip gave him a hug 🤗, I was like someone give this man a hug already lol. Respect to G money and Flip for caring about his wellbeing 👍.
This is why we should be nice to people, that hug meant a lot to him and he was uplifted. That was a long hug and he appreciated another hug, he is really emotionally hurt. It's good to put a smile etc on someone's face if they're down whether friend or stranger because that could potentially save their lifes.
" FLIP CAN YOU ATTEMPT TO GET HIS DAUGHTER ON THE SHOW OR EVEN GET THEM TOGETHER. "
Your right I just think when ur the man during them times it flys by! And then u look up and it's over just like that!
Yeah that's a good point, I agree 👍
Wow

This man is a streetball legend. Soul in the Hole was one of my favorite hood movies as a kid. I used to emulate him and Charles Jones on the court. Glad he’s still alive and I hope things get better for him. Glad y’all got him on the couch. This is dope!
Booger was untouchable Jesus couldn’t guard him 🐐
@@je9212 There were games where he destroyed every name you said... I grew up in Coney with Steph, so I was there!!

The days playing in Brooklyn NY 90s he came to the broncos gym in the city and I seen the low handle and passing for myself he was already a legend then soul in the hole when I was in college... He was a Brooklyn celebrity........ The decisions you make in life yo...... Wowwwwwwwwwwwww.......
This dude was legendary when I was coming up. He handled that pill unlike anything I have ever seen. Waiting for the full episode to drop, this might be a great cautionary tale for some knuckheads out there.. Salute Flip for doing this one!
