I have a question : 1. after writing codes for 2nd resource like random_string and we provided all the required detials in our block and saved it, upto now its look good. and we know we have already intilized local resource before 1 step of code, now my question is how terraform knows to initialize the resource random , here we only saved the .tf file, is terraform track the the .tf file also before validate and before plan and apply ? Please let me understannd the technique behind it.
